Source Confirms Tiffany Pollard, Tailor Made Break Up

As previously reported, Tiffany Pollard and Tailor Made are no longer a couple.

Now, a source has confirmed that it was actually Tailor Made who called things off with Pollard (aka "New York"), a little over a month after he proposed marriage and she accepted during the I Love New York reunion show last December.

"When they began shooting, he played it up that they were still together even though they weren't," the source said. "They had an understanding because he has respect for Tiffany."

Troubled Tiffany

Tiffany Pollard is blue.

The source continued:

"When they first got back from L.A. after they filmed I Love New York 2, everything was great. In January, George had a serious discussion with Tiffany. He had come to the conclusion that he couldn't handle the relationship anymore. It was too distracting to his life, his career and his daughter. He couldn't consistently be involved in that kind of drama."

You can how it all goes down, of course, on th season premiere of New York Goes to Hollywood on August 4.

Tiffany Pollard is No Longer Tailor Made

With New York Goes to Hollywood set to premiere on August 4, Tiffany Pollard needed to do something to call attention to herself and her reality TV show again.

Sorry, Tailor Made.

"New York broke it with a level of cruelty that only New York can give - and [Tailor Made] didn't take it well ... we were actually worried about him," a VH1 insider has revealed.

Tiffany Dumps Tailor

Is anyone shocked that Tiffany Pollard and Tailor Made didn't last? Will anyone be surprised when DeAnna Pappas and Jesse Csincsak fall to the same fate?

Tailor Made, whose real name is George Weisgerber, was chosen as Pollard's supposed soul mate on I Love New York 2. Shockingly, yet another reality television show relationship has now ended, in reportedly exciting fashion.

"It was very compelling video - so of course it will be included on New York Goes to Hollywood," the same source said of the break up.

Of course it will be.

New York Goes to Hollywood: First Promotional Pics!

New York Goes to Hollywood premieres on August 4.

As a frightening advertisement for the latest reality series to star Tiffany Pollard, VH1 has released the first promotional pictures for the show.

"New York like you've never seen her before," the network's site reads.

That would be, of course, as Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz (left) and as Marilyn Monroe (right). Yikes.

Off to Hollywood

Tiffany Pollard Believes in Love

With New York Goes to Hollywood set to premiere on August 4, many Tiffany Pollard fans are wondering if her relationship with Tailor Made has worked out.

Despite the fact that the upcoming reality show focuses on Pollard's career, as opposed to her love life, the large-breasted star recently made it clear to USA Today that she and her chosen suitor from I Love New York 2 are still going strong.

"There are going to be people [on a reality dating series] who show up there solely for television purposes.  But as the group got smaller, at least for me, I started to see genuine feelings. I think love can work on television, in the laundromat, anywhere," Pollard said.

Tasty

Tiffany Pollard has found love. Will acting success be next?

When Does New York Go To Hollywood?

As previously announced New York (aka Tiffany Pollard) is going to Hollywood!

The reality TV star is hoping to become a serious actress, and VH1 cameras will be following her attempts to do just that on the new series, New York Goes to Hollywood.

The premiere date for the first series that will showcase Pollard looking for a career, as opposed to love, is August 4. Will you be tuning in?

Going Hollywood

Movie world, here comes New York!

Tiffany Pollard: Already Acting

As previously reported, New York Goes to Hollywood has been confirmed by VH1. The new reality show will be based around the plans of Tiffany Pollard to become a serious actress.

Turns out, however, that the woman known as New York already has a bit of acting experience. She just finished a brief sting in the cast of Relationship Games, a play about three men and three women engaged in the game of love.

Pollard participated in the play, which ran at the Arie Crown Theatre on Lake Shore Drive over the weekend, for two nights. She took on the role of Jacqueline, a fierce beauty from Chicago's South Side.

"I think every woman can relate to being like Jacqueline at some point in their life, so it is fun for me to be her and rehearse as Jacqueline, because I can relate and I know every woman can relate," Pollard said.

"Jacqueline is definitely strong enough to stand on her own, so I just want everyone to see her for who she is â€" her struggle, where she is trying to go in life."

Buddha and Tiffany Pollard: Still Friends

BuddhaAfter setting the record straight on Deelishis and Busta Rhymes, we're now here to also clear the air regarding Buddha and Tiffany Pollard.

"New York and I still talk, we speak now and then," Buddha (real name: Ezra Masters) told People magazine. "When we see each other, we're very cordial. We're good friends, and we developed a real relationship on the show. And contrary to what most people think, Tailor and I still speak, too. Most people think we're bitter enemies to the end â€" not at all, not at all."

Buddha, of course, is referring to Tailor Made (real name: George Weisgerber), who Pollard chose to give her heart to during the I Love New York 2 finale. He even proposed to New York in December; she accepted.

"I think it's a good match," Buddha said. "I'm not surprised that they're engaged, and this is something I was telling New York on-camera, off-camera. I believe he was one of the few that was genuinely there for her. I think they're two nutty bunches of fun. Either they're going to love each forever or they're going to kill each other. Either way, they're going to do it together."

Tiffany Pollard and Tailor Made: Wedding Date Set?

A Tiffany Pollard PicTailor Made (aka George Weisgerber) says no wedding date has been set yet for himself and Tiffany Pollard.

"We haven't set a date," Weisgerber said yesterday. "We'll probably just go to Vegas on a whim."

However, The New York Post reports that the pair is slated to visit Sin City on February 8, according to sources close to the couple.

Weisgerber, who has a 12-year-old daughter from a previous relationship, also hinted that he and Pollard are considering having children.

"I know Tiffany will be an amazing mother... She has so many things to accomplish professionally before motherhood. She wants to concentrate on her acting career."

We want her to do the same, of course. It should be hilarious.

Tiffany Pollard Gives Thanks for Tailor Made

New York PictureTiffany Pollard is thankful the supposed sex tape she was rumored to have starred in as been pulled from the Internet.

But she's even more thankful for her fiance, Tailor Made.

"Oh, my George," Pollard sighed to People magazine in a recent interview. "I told him what happened and he said, ‘I stand by you.' He didn't question me. He helped me relax about it."

That's an impressive feat, considering she "blew a gasket" when she learned about the tape.

"I was floored," Pollard said. "I thought, ‘I have to clear this up.' It saddened me as a woman and as a black woman... I feel violated because it's not me. If that were me, I would stand by it. They crossed the line."

But you can't keep New York down!

"I'm not going to let this (put) me in a state of being sad or feeling beaten up. I'm gonna be a big girl about it. I'm gonna stay strong."

Tiffany Pollard Denies Existence of Sex Tape

Simply put: there is no New York sex tape.

So says the star of I Love New York herself, Tiffany Pollard.

"It is absolutely not me," Pollard told the New York Post. "Do I strike you as the kind of woman who would have a sex tape floating around out there and not be standing by that tape? I'm nobody's role model. I have a trash-talking potty mouth, I do what I want to do, that's who I am as a person."

We certainly can't argue with that.

Tailor Made, Tiffany Pollard

"I'm a strong black woman and if I did something like this I would 'fess up. If I had a sex tape, I'd say when I did it and who I did it with - I have nothing to hide," she continued. "Nobody runs my world other than myself and whatever I do in this lifetime, good or bad, I will own it and I will not own that tape because it's not me."

Pollard went on to reference a pair of other reality TV stars whose sex tapes did anything but harm their careers:

"Look at Paris Hilton or Kim Kardashian, they have sex tapes and it catapulted them into the limelight," Pollard keenly said. "A sex tape today does not equal disaster. If I did have a sex tape, I wouldn't deny it."
