The Hills’ nemeses Lauren Conrad and Speidi (Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt) crossed paths again this weekend - but not in SoCal for once.

President George W. Bush, while making fun of Sens. Hillary Clinton, John McCain, Barack Obama and himself at the affair, did not make any comments about the Lauren Conrad sex tape rumors, or the upcoming all-new episode of The Hills tonight. Too bad, it’s right up his intellectual alley.

The Hills’ villain-in-chief, Spencer Pratt, and plastic girlfriend Heidi Montag have fully refueled their long-standing feud with Lauren Conrad.

During a taping for Tuesday’s upcoming episode of The Tyra Banks Show, Spencer Pratt says he is “100 percent” sure there is, or at least was, a Lauren Conrad sex tape:

“I know for 100 percent fact it did exist. 1,000 percent!”

Tyra Banks asked if Spencer Pratt had actually seen it.

“I would never watch that!” Pratt replied. “I would rather throw up… but I know for a fact, and I would take a lie detector test.”

The Heidi-Spencer / Lauren Conrad feud continues!

The alleged Lauren Conrad sex tape supposedly co-starred her boyfriend at the time, Jason Wahler, who recently got his own show, 22 and Taken.

Heidi Montag — who appeared alongside Spencer Pratt on the show — is also claiming the tape was “not a rumor. From what I have heard from confirmed sources, her ex-boyfriend was going around trying to sell it.”

She said she hasn’t seen it either, shockingly.

When Lauren Conrad got up from her table at Goa on Monday’s episode of The Hills, she went to get a drink. Simple enough, right? We thought so. She wasn’t expecting this collection of characters when she came to sit back down …

After the drama on last week’s episode of The Hills, Heidi Montag is determined to have a proper girls’ night out - not even the revelation that Lauren Conrad could show up at the same club can deter Heidi’s quest this time around.

“Maybe this will be the first time it’s okay,” Heidi muses. “I feel like she always had a problem with me because of Spencer and now that I’m not really with him….”

Right, because it’s that simple. You know how this is gonna go.

Remember Justin Bobby, Audrina Patridge’s former fling on The Hills? Well he is back next Monday on the show - and is giving modeling a shot!

The hairy motorcyclist (real name Justin Brescia) has appeared in a look-book for Orthodox, a men’s line repped by People’s Revolution, the fashion publicity firm where Whitney Port and Lauren Conrad just began working.

The notorious, generally unclean Justin-Bobby of The Hills.

Coincidence? We think… so? E! Online reports Justin-Bobby’s gig is unrelated to Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port, People’s Revolution, or The Hills.

We’ll see about that after some more digging. And look forward to ridiculing Justin-Bobby when he shows his face on The Hills next Monday.

No sir, the newest Project Runway champion and Arizona Sen. John McCain don’t see eye to eye on this critical issue. Or probably anything else.

Christian Siriano apparently dissed The Hills stars and its stars / budding fashion designers, Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port (Heidi Montag also has a clothing line), at the TAO Beach Season Two Grand Opening in Las Vegas on April 12.

Christian Siriano recently told Life & Style: “It’s sad that if I didn’t win Project Runway, I probably wouldn’t have the sponsors I have now. I would have never been able to do what they have done because they all have disposable income, and yet their work still isn’t that great! I mean, it’s fun and flirty and young, but they’re not innovators. None of them will ever be an innovative designer. Buyers and editors are looking for longevity, and hopefully they will see that in me.”

When Heidi Montag and Audrina Patridge meet for lunch and Heidi asks A-Pat for a girls night out (with Stephanie Pratt), you know there’s gonna be drama!

Lauren Conrad - who for the most part is actually working in this episode, with BFF Whitney Port - is none too pleased about this little club outing.

More significant, though, is the brawl that goes down between Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag when he crashes her night out -and hits on other girls!
