The Hills' nemeses Lauren Conrad and Speidi (Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt) crossed paths again this weekend - but not in SoCal for once.

All were guests at the White House Press Correspondents Association gala, along with various other celebrities? Why? Who knows. But here are pics:

President George W. Bush, while making fun of Sens. Hillary Clinton, John McCain, Barack Obama and himself at the affair, did not make any comments about the Lauren Conrad sex tape rumors, or the upcoming all-new episode of The Hills tonight. Too bad, it's right up his intellectual alley.

The Hills' villain-in-chief, Spencer Pratt, and plastic girlfriend Heidi Montag have fully refueled their long-standing feud with Lauren Conrad.

During a taping for Tuesday's upcoming episode of The Tyra Banks Show, Spencer Pratt says he is "100 percent" sure there is, or at least was, a Lauren Conrad sex tape:

"I know for 100 percent fact it did exist. 1,000 percent!"

Tyra Banks asked if Spencer Pratt had actually seen it.

"I would never watch that!" Pratt replied. "I would rather throw up... but I know for a fact, and I would take a lie detector test."

The Heidi-Spencer / Lauren Conrad feud continues!

The alleged Lauren Conrad sex tape supposedly co-starred her boyfriend at the time, Jason Wahler, who recently got his own show, 22 and Taken.

Heidi Montag â€" who appeared alongside Spencer Pratt on the show â€" is also claiming the tape was "not a rumor. From what I have heard from confirmed sources, her ex-boyfriend was going around trying to sell it."

She said she hasn't seen it either, shockingly.

What do you think? Is there, or was there a Lauren Conrad sex tape? Or are Spencer and Heidi just bringing this up again for publicity?

MSNBC reportedly invited Heidi Montag to be a guest at its table at the White House Correspondents Gala. Why? We have no idea.

But that's not the point. The network balked when boyfriend Spencer Pratt - also Heidi's manager - insisted on first-class tickets. For the couple.

Only Heidi Montag was invited.

Spencer Pratt then bagged Heidi's appearance, claiming, according to the New York Post, that "It wasn't ‘A-listy' enough" for his girl.

A rep for The Hills couple said, "There was a scheduling conflict so they couldn't make it ... but they always travel together."

Okaaay. An MSNBC spokesperson replied: "We are not having, nor did we invite, any celebrities to sit at our table."

After the drama on last week's episode of The Hills, Heidi Montag is determined to have a proper girls' night out - not even the revelation that Lauren Conrad could show up at the same club can deter Heidi's quest this time around.

"Maybe this will be the first time it's okay," Heidi muses. "I feel like she always had a problem with me because of Spencer and now that I'm not really with him...."

Right, because it's that simple. You know how this is gonna go.

Another LC ex, Brody Jenner, is in talks for a reality show too.

You knew, then, that it was only a matter of time before we heard talk of a Hills spin-off featuring Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.

The Hills' most-hated pair is pitching a reality TV show on their journey to the altar to MTV, according to this morning's New York Post.

The series would exclude Hills star and Heidi nemesis Lauren Conrad to focus solely on the attention-loving pair as they prepare to marry.

The relationship problems of Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag have been a huge part of the current spring season of The Hills, so who knows.

As for the network's take on a Heidi-Spencer Hills spin-off series, MTV did not comment at this time, saying "We can't confirm anything."

You gotta love Spencer and Heidi. After a day of (gag, get ready for it) row-boating and horse-drawn carriage-riding in Central Park, Pratt and Montag enjoyed a quiet, romantic stroll, accompanied by their personal photographer.

Despite the episode of drama on The Hills Monday, Heidi Montag smiled and shopped with co-star and boyfriend Spencer Pratt in Manhattan this week.

The gruesome twosome popped by Barney's New York and scooped up four pairs of Christian Louboutin heels... presumably for Heidi Montag. Check it out ...

  Good to see Speidi doing a little better than we saw on MTV Monday.

When Heidi Montag and Audrina Patridge meet for lunch and Heidi asks A-Pat for a girls night out (with Stephanie Pratt), you know there's gonna be drama!

Lauren Conrad - who for the most part is actually working in this episode, with BFF Whitney Port - is none too pleased about this little club outing.

More significant, though, is the brawl that goes down between Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag when he crashes her night out -and hits on other girls!
