Looks like Lauren Conrad has more BFF drama in the upcoming fourth season of The Hills, which premieres August 18 on MTV.

Friend-turned-rival of the season: Stephanie Pratt.

The reason? Steph moves in on LC's new boy Doug Reinhardt.

Meanwhile, Lo Bosworth and Audrina Patridge try to sort out their own tensions, Whitney Port has a new man in her life, and Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt fight with their siblings - and each other.

All that ca-razy drama and a whole lot more makes the Season 4 trailer for The Hills a definite must-see. Peep it below:

Because we know you love them. Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were spotted at Mr. Chow, where they received a nice meal and lots of camera time.

Meanwhile, Lauren Conrad was spotted with new BFF Stephanie Pratt - who is now dating Brett Novek - chatting in Los Angeles on Wednesday...

Ah, our national pastime. Baseball, not The Hills.

Why not combine the two, right? So it goes for Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, who took in a game at Los Angeles' Dodger Stadium last night...

As one might expect, The Hills villains were dressed for the occasion, mugging for cameras, sporting L.A. Dodgers baseball uniforms and caps as they posed for pictures and celebrating fame the team's win over the Reds.

Season Three just ended, but here's a look at what we can expect in the next season of The Hills, courtesy of TV Guide:

Boys and Relationships:
For Season 4, expect more, more, more. Lo and Lauren throw a big party in their new pad and invite boys galore. The ever-single Stephanie feasts her eyes on, well, everyone, and Lauren may have a new beau in tow. And as for Audrina and Justin Bobby? They're definitely back on, but as for how hot things will get, Audrina would only say, "[Justin has] always been there for me, and he still is."

Drama and Frenemies:
Don't hold your breath for a Lauren-Heidi relationship thaw. Despite Heidi's ostensible good-will appearance at Goa, Lauren says she "will probably not" reconcile with Heidi. Ever. And as for the growing tension among Audrina, Lauren and Lo, it's just a part of growing up. Audrina says she knows her new focus on her career has meant that she's not around as much for Lauren. Add Justin to the picture, and you've got a recipe for friendship dissolution.

After all her plastic surgery and the way she does that pouty thing with her lips, Heidi Montag really looks like a horse these days.

It's only appropriate, then, that she and Spencer Pratt hit the Kentucky Derby Saturday in Louisville, Ky., looking ... well, see below.

At 20:1 odds, Heidi Montag finished 17th in the event. Just kidding.

In The Hills story that wouldn't die, Spencer Pratt is sticking to his story that the Lauren Conrad sex tape existed, even if it doesn't exist right now.

Jason Wahler said yesterday: "I do not have a sex tape of Lauren Conrad and one does not exist. Spencer Pratt is lying again to get attention."

But Spencer Pratt, who said on the Tyra Banks Show late last week that he's 100 percent sure the tape existed, countered: "Jason's statement couldn't be more transparent. Notice how he uses present tense, 'I DO not have a sex tape... one DOES not exist.' We all know that it existed, that he tried to sell it and is now covering up to make himself look better."

Jason Wahler is speaking out against Spencer Pratt's most recent claims on national TV that a Lauren Conrad sex tape exists.

"I do not have a sex tape of Lauren Conrad and one does not exist," Wahler said in a statement. "Spencer Pratt is lying again to get attention."

"Lauren is my friend," said Wahler, LC's ex, who will be starring in the upcoming 22 and Taken. "It is insulting to her to suggest this."

On Tuesday's Tyra Banks Show, Spencer Pratt declared, "I know for 100 percent fact it did exist - 1,000 percent!"

Not everyone is bashing Miley Cyrus for stripping down in Vanity Fair.

"I think she's a young girl in Hollywood, and she's just having fun," The Hills' Heidi Montag told Extra. "[She]'s exploring herself."

Added her boyfriend Spencer Pratt: "I didn't think it was that bad. Supposedly, she's wearing a top underneath. It's artistic."

Seems that in defending Miley Cyrus, Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt and Lauren Conrad may finally have something to agree on!

When asked about the racy pics, Lauren Conrad said:

"I found it a bit silly. I thought she looked beautiful in the pictures. I didn't find it that inappropriate."

"Being young and in the spotlight is difficult," LC added. "It's a lot of pressure on her since she is a role model, but I think she's doing a good job."
