While the reality TV world is still buzzing over Stephanie Izard being named the first-ever female winner on Top Chef, a couple other shows did air last night. Here's a recap of each...

Hell's Kitchen: For the first challenge tonight, Gordon taught the chef's a new lobster spaghetti dish, which they chefs in turn had to teach five cute but clueless housewives, one of whom even brought a dog into the kitchen... -- TV Guide

Granted, it doesn't get much better/worse than this summer's I Love Money. VH1 will be airing a reality show that actually brings back talented stars such as Pumkin and Jennifer Toof.

But CMT is at least attempting to compete with this low brow series by announcing the premiere of Outsider's Inn.

In this show, Maureen McCormick (pictured) will join forces with Bobby Brown and Carnie Wilson. The trio will manage a bed and breakfast in rural Tennessee, as Brown serves as the inn's entertainment director and Wilson is the chef.

Allow us to repeat that: the woman that played Marcia on The Brady Bunch; a singer who last had a hit more than a decade ago; and a woman best known for gastric bypass surgery will be filmed while running a southern hotel.

The eight-episode season of Outsider's Inn will premiere on CMT in August. Get pumped!

VH1 is looking for actresses who wanna scream.

The network has approved Scream Queens, a series that will gather 10 unknown actresses to compete for a "major" role in a horror movie from Lionsgate Films. The contestants will compete in challenges and be schooled by acting coach John Homa.

They'll be too late for Saw V. But perhaps the winner can star in Saw VIII. You know it's coming.

"Horror films have dominated the pop culture landscape for decades and along the way have produced some of the biggest names in Hollywood," said Jeff Olde, VH1's executive vp original programming and production.

The series, consisting of eight hourlong episodes, is set to premiere in the fall.

Perhaps we shouldn't be posting this story on Pamela Anderson in our Reality TV News section.

After all, the busty actress insists that Pam: Girl on the Loose - the new series debuting August 3 on E! - is NOT a rellity show.

"Everybody has asked me to do a reality [show] since reality was invented. I think I was one of the first targets," she told Entertainment Weekly. "That's why I call it a documentary. I think reality is its own niche. This is taking what's popular and making it my own."

The former Baywatch (and sex tape) star added that she's not  "a reality fan. I just don't think humiliation is funny.

Despite referring to her series as a documentary, Anderson describes it in a way that makes it sound like your basic trash-tastic reality program.

"You'll see my adventures, my boobs, my friends, my butt - plain old domesticity," said Anderson. "It's not just all smoke and mirrors. It's nitty-gritty, too. I'm surprised at how revealing it is."

For someone who showed it all on her sex tape with Tommy Lee, that says a lot!

So You Think You Can Dance: The first profile of the evening was of roommates, Katee Shean and Natalie Reid, who planned to audition and, hopefully, both make the trip to Vegas together.  Katee was first up and had a flawless audition which got her the ticket to Vegas she wanted from judges Nigel, Mary and Mia Michaels... -- Reality TV Magazine

Because many households were tuned in to see Barack Obama become the first Africa-American nominee for President (at least we hope they were), allow us to recap the two major reality TV shows from last night...

A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila: Bionic Bo had his stitches removed, so he's free of the chin bandage. The Message in the Bottle is about what the contestants are willing to do for Tila Tequila. They roll up to a tattoo parlor, and Brittany is excited by the prospect of getting another one... -- BuddyTV

Hell's Kitchen: Corey and Christina want to make Jen's life a living hell, now that she's back on the red team (Matt is back on the blue team). It doesn't really matter, though, because Chef Ramsay merges the two teams into one (black and white uniforms!) on top of the London West Hollywood... -- TV Squad

Might Americans finally be tiring of reality TV?

The fourth season of So You Think You Can Dance debuted to 8.7 million viewers last week. While that's "up 59% over Fox's previous four-week Thursday night average," it's "down a slight 5% year-to-year," according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Meanwhile, NBC's Last Comic Standing earned its lowest rating ever, with a mere 5.9 million viewers; American Gladiators' second season continued to plummet in viewership with just four million households tuned in.

Lastly, the paper notes that The Bachlorette 4's debut (with Deanna Pappas) "was down slightly from last year" with 8.8 million viewers; of course, the series hasn't actually aired in eight years, so we're not sure with what these figures are being compared.

VH1 has announced that Brooke Hogan's ridiculous spin-off to Hogan Knows Best, Brooke Knows Best, will premiere on July 13 .

Here's a portion of the press release about the series:

"No longer an innocent teenager [her parents are divorced and her brother is in jail], Brooke learns what growing up is really about. For the first time, Brooke is learning how to deal with the ins and outs of daily life, new relationships, of her family's recent struggles, as well as managing her career and finances without Mom and Dad."

The cast of Brooke Knows Best will consist of Brooke, and her two roommates, Ashley and Glenn.
