Jason Wahler Reality Show Called 22 and Taken

As we told you earlier in the week, Jason Wahler has landed his own reality series on VH1. Brody Jenner is also in talks for a new reality show.

"It'll be the real-life version of Entourage," Jason Wahler, Lauren Conrad's ex-boyfriend, told Life & Style Magazine, speaking publicly about the show.

Wahler: 22 and Taken

Jason Wahler is coming back to reality TV!

The show, called 22 and Taken, will shadow Jason Wahler - who was first famous for Laguna Beach, where he starred along with Conrad, Kristin Cavallari, Stephen Colletti and others - and his fiancée Katja Decker-Sadowski, "and their close circle of friends as they prepare for their eventual wedding," says Jason's rep.

Sounds like can't miss TV. Does anyone really care about Jason Wahler? Then again, we're totally watching Rock the Cradle, so we can't judge.

Reality TV Recaps: Survivor, Step It Up And Dance

Last night's reality TV featured one classic program and one brand new one. While Survivor fans can be found around the globe, it's too early to tell how Bravo's latest fare, Step It Up and Dance, will do in the ratings. Now... on to the recaps!

Survivor: Since the tribal mix-mash, both Ozzy and Ami are on what's becoming the Ulong of Micronesia along with favorites Cirie and Amanda. Lone fan Erik is on that tribe, Malakal, and is busting his butt to stay in after watching them pick off the fans one by one as their losses pile up... -- TV Squad

Reality TV Recaps: America's Next Top Model, Top Chef, Big Brother

As Ramiele Malubay fans continue to mourn the loss of their favorite American Idol finalist, a trio of other reality shows aired last night. Let's see what went down on them...

America's Next Top Model: the girls broke into two teams, got a GPS enabled cell phone, and had to navigate their way around New York City to try and book gigs with various modeling agencies... -- TV Squad

Top Chef: This week's episode required the chefs to think with both sides of their brain, demonstrating their technical skills as well as their imagination. The Quickfire Challenge was almost more demanding than the Elimination Challenge, and it came with a higher reward giving the winner immunity rather than sending someone home... -- TV Guide

Big Brother: As always, we start after the veto meeting. Everything interesting in this segment always comes from the diary room. Although she's now on the block, Sharon feels safe, but she will miss Josh when he leaves. Sheila feels for the former partners being on the block, as they share a very tight bond... -- Reality News Online

Jason Wahler, Brody Jenner Both Get Reality TV Shows

Yes, The Hills' current resident hottie, Brody Jenner, 23, and the show's former resident hottie, Jason Wahler, 21, are both getting new reality shows!

Jenner will reportedly star in a Hills spin-off that is, shall we say, a little bit more geared towards the young man's lifestyle than The Hills' girliness.

"Brody is in talks with MTV but the details of the project have not been confirmed," Jenner's rep said in statement to People.

Brody also was on The Princes of Malibu, if you recall, with brother Brandon, and is a frequent guest on E!'s Keeping up with the Kardashians (his father is actually married to the mother of all those crazy Kardashians)!

Meanwhile, the other infamous former beau of Lauren Conrad on both The Hills and Laguna Beach, Jason Wahler, is also headed back to reality TV!

"We start filming in April. It'll be the real-life version of Entourage," Jason said. "I've got a lot going on: auditions, movies, parties... It's not exactly the same as Entourage â€" I'm not making $10 million a movie!"

The show will air on VH1, supposedly, but when it does, don't expect to see a lot of his fiancée, Katja Decker-Sadowski: "Most of my relationship will be private," Jason Wahler says. "I didn't want to make Newlyweds."

Reality TV Recaps: Hell's Kitchen, Beauty and the Geek

While it may have been overshadowed by American Idol and the Dancing with the Stars results show last night, Hell's Kitchen premiered its fourth season. Oh, and Beauty and the Geek was on.

Let's find out what happened on each!

Hell's Kitchen: There is one funny moment in this premiere. In a twist, Ramsay disguises himself as one of the contestants (looking a little bit like Howard Stern) and infiltrates the group as they come to the restaurant on a bus... -- TV Squad

Beauty and the Geek: When last we saw her, Tara was about to choose between Jonathan and Joe to be her partner. Tonight's Beauty and the Geek begins with her decision. She chooses.....Joe, who is now the happiest cowboy in the world. Good-bye, Jonathan! He's looking forward to going home and seeing his mom... -- Buddy TV

Reality TV Recaps: The Biggest Loser, Big Brother

It was a huge night of reality TV. American Idol contestants sang Dolly Parton; Steve Guttenberg got voted off Dancing with the Stars; and the following pair of shows aired:

The Biggest Loser: The contestants were in for a big surprise at the beginning of tonight's episode. Allison keeps them in the boardroom to tell them all that they are going to be making a trip to Sydney, Australia... -- Reality TV Magazine

Here's a look, meanwhile, at a pair of other reality TV shows that dared to compete against those genre mainstays last night:

Flavor of Love: We pick up right where we left off, with Flavor Flav making the acquaintance of the four new ladies. The first one wants to be called Blue because of her eyes, but Flav calls her Black because that's the color of her dress. We love it... -- Buddy TV

Reality TV Recaps: Big Brother, That's Amore, Rock of Love

If ever there were an evening for trashy reality TV, it would be Sunday night. What better way to begin your week, right? Let's see what went down on the following three shows:

Big Brother: As usual, the Sunday night episode opened with several minutes of commentary on last week's events to help remind viewers of what had happened. In a few words, Chelsia was evicted and Natalie won Head Of Household â€" there's the first ten minutes... -- Reality TV Magazine

That's Amore: This is the penultimate episode of That's Amore, thank God. It's kind of amazing, and a commentary on MTV's lack of faith in this show, that 14 women can get eliminated in just six episodes... -- Buddy TV

Rock of Love: They arrive in Vegas without incident and are no sooner in their suite then Jessica and Destiny are delivered golf outfits for their date with Brett. Surprisingly, Jessica apparently played on her high school golf team, so she's excited about the outing... -- Zap2It

Reality TV Recaps: America's Next Top Model, Big Brother

Below are highlights from some of last night's popular reality TV shows, courtesy of a pair of our online, reality TV-obsessed counterparts ...

On Big Brother, the motto is to expect the unexpected. Tonight was a good example of why we enjoy the reality TV genre. You never know what's going to be said or what will happen. Tonight's episode will go down in the classics of the Big Brother annals. We don't necessarily agree or like everything which was said or happened. But tonight was legendary. - TV Squad

Natalie

On America's Next Top Model, Claire struggled with connecting to a country music look. Aimee had a difficult time with the sensual aspect of her R&B character. Fatima and Stacy Ann worried more about posing than looking natural. Strong performances were given by Dominique, Whitney, and Katarzyna. - BuddyTV

Reality TV Recaps: Big Brother

As with every Tuesday episode of Big Brother 9, the episode revolved around the power of veto competition. Crazy James and Chelsia reacted unfavorably to being nominated for eviction, vowing vengeance against Adam.

The rest of this episode followed various alliances and contingency plans in the event that James, the true target, was able to wriggle himself off the block.

Big Brother 8's Dick Donato, naturally, shows up to wake up the guests by banging pots and pans. He invited them outside for the PoV competition, in which the competitors must drink 10 disgusting shots in three minutes.

Dick DonatoJames

James is the only one to drink all the shots, and therefore, he wins the veto. This guy is a serious fighter! With James taking himself off the block, obviously, Joshuah and Sharon realize one of them is guaranteed to go up.
