Days after Andy Baldwin and Karina Smirnoff were spotted getting cozy in Las Vegas, the dancer is denying any romance.

"I'm sure Andy Baldwin is a cool guy," the dancer, 30, said. "However, there is absolutely no truth to any of these rumors."

A witness reported that the two "were together by the pool" at the Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino all day this past Saturday.

"They were very affectionate," the source adds of the Bachelor hunk moving in on the Dancing With the Stars honey.

"He was very affectionate. He was touching her feet when she was laying on her chaise lounge. He made sure he was always touching her."

But Baldwin, 31 — who split with Marla Maples in May — is also remaining tight-lipped and vague about their weekend together.

"Karina is an outstanding dancer and a very sweet girl, but that's about it," he told Us Weekly.

Former star of The Bachelor Andy Baldwin and Dancing With the Stars' Karina Smirnoff hooked up at the Palazzo hotel in Las Vegas this weekend.

"Andy and Karina were together by the pool all day Saturday," an eyewitness tells Us Weekly. "They were very affectionate."

"He was very affectionate with her. He was touching her feet as she was laying on her chaise lounge. He made sure he was always touching her."

The new couple also watched a fight at MGM and hit Tao Saturday night.

Andy Baldwin, 31, split with Marla Maples in May. Karina Smirnoff, 30, meanwhile, broke up with Mario Lopez back in June.

When asked about his new fling Monday night, Andy Baldwin said:

"Karina is an outstanding dancer and a very sweet girl but that's about it."

Karina Smirnof is focusing on her career at the moment.

However, following her recent break up with former Dancing with the Stars partner Mario Lopez, that doesn't mean she'd mind a date.

"At the end of the day, I really want to find that certain person to spend the rest my life with," Smirnoff said. "And I am totally open for that â€" so any single, good guys, send in your resume!"

Smirnoff and Lopez ended their relationship earlier this month, shortly after a beach vacation in Miami. Rumors state that he cheated on her.

"We had a two-year relationship, and I have nothing but good memories," Smirnoff said. "We are better off as friends."

Meagan Cooper is more than a Hooters waitress and contestant on the upcoming reality show, I Survived a Japanese Game Show.

She also claims she's the woman responsible for breaking up former Dancing with the Stars couple Mario Lopez and Karina Smirnoff, telling E! that she and Lopez carried on a secret romance for almost a year while he dated Smirnoff.

"He told me he lived alone," said Cooper, "but I opened up [his] closet and saw a row of women's shoes and said, 'Either you are a cross-dresser or a woman is living here.'"

Meagan Cooper says she had an affair with Mario Lopez during his relationship with Karina Smirnoff.

Cooper continued: "We're not friends anymore. He's really pissed. He's like, 'You're not supposed to talk to [press],' but when you make me look like a total whore, I'm going to tell somebody about it."

We're trying not to take sides here, but no one had heard of Meagan Cooper until she came out with this story. Hard to see how Lopez made her look like anything.

"He's a really great guy, don't get me wrong. He's a really nice person. He has a lot of great qualities, but he was not the most faithful person in the world," Cooper said, possibly telling the truth, but definitely desiring fame.

A couple weeks about saying their relationship is in great shape, denying rumors of a split, Mario Lopez and Karina Smirnoff have called it quits.

"He's a great guy. I think the world of him, but I think we're both concentrating on our careers right now," she told The New York Post.

Smirnoff met the actor on the third season of Dancing with the Stars. We wonder if she's now dating a different Mario, her partner on the most reason season of that show.

Hey, if Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt can star in cheesy, staged shots for celebrity gossip photographers, why can't Mario Lopez and Karina Smirnoff do the same?

This is bound to fuel speculation that Karina Smirnoff is dating season six partner, Mario.

After all, her and former Dancing with the Stars partner Mario Lopez have broken up, People Magazine reports.

Even though, Lopez's personal rep, said, "It's my policy to not comment on my client's personal life," Smirnoff has been spotted recently with E! Entertainment personality Michael Yo. The two were seen dancing and canoodling at a recent event at Hollywood restaurant Beso.

Lopez, meanwhile, is starring in A Chorus Line on Broadway, and recently returned to the ballroom with 18 Chorus Line dancers to tape a synchronized number to air on Dancing's 100th episode on May 6. That could be awkward.

It's no shock that Cheryl Burke and Karina Smirnoff look right at home on the dance floor. So far, through a few weeks of season six, each is still alive in the competition.

As the rumors continue to swirl that Karina Smirnoff is dating Dancing with the Stars partner Mario, the professional's actual boyfriend continues to laugh at the notion.

"People make up crazy stuff," Mario Lopez told Us Weekly. "I thought it was funny... I know the nature of the business and people talk. It's funny because those rumors always tend come up during the season."

While celebrity gossip tabloids try to drum up a story that involves romance between Karina Smirnoff and her partner, Karin's boyfriend Mario Lopez and the singer Mario each got on the phone during the Ryan Seacrest radio show today to shoot down this talk.

The singer, who's been steaming up the ballroom with Smirnoff while denying rumors anything more, had plenty of kind words for the former Saved By the Bell star.

"We kicked it a few times. Mario's a cool guy," he said. "We have similar interests. I like boxing and he likes boxing."

In return, the actor said he liked Mario and respects the singer's dance floor determination.

"The dances are all characters and telling a story," he told Seacrest while Mario was on the line. "I'm really proud of him. He's a great guy. Really respectful."

As for the odds of Smirnoff and Mario winning Dancing with the Stars this Season? Lopez is confident.

"They're going all the way," he said.
