Christina Machamer has been crowned the winner of Hell's Kitchen.

In last night's fourth season finale, the 25-year old culinary student from St. Louis knocked off Louis Petrozza.

Christina Machamer

"Oh my goodness.  Holy f**king s**t!  I am like so happy on 10 different levels, I can't even explain it," said Christina after her victory. "I'm really happy.  It's almost like a fairy tale.  I guess it really does happen to people, even big goobers like me... Mostly what I'd like to say to Chef Ramsay is thank you for your faith and your trust in me."

Due to her win, Christina will serve as the executive chef of bossy Brit Gordon Ramsey's new Los Angeles restaurant, London West Hollywood.
