Flavor Flav Proposes! Not to Thing 2!

David Cook asking out former American Idol finalist Kimberly Caldwell was the most romantic news on our site for about five minutes.

Now, you gotta read about what went down on last night's Flavor of Love reunion show! Try to follow along...

Following the conclusion of this season, the woman who supposedly won and claimed Flavor Flav's heart for herself, Thing 2, hadn't been able to date her man for six months. They had to keep the victor and secret, of course.

So, after reuniting with Thing 2 on the reunion show, you'd have thought Flav and his love would tell everyone they were set to live happily ever after, right? Wrong.

"Out of all my shows that I've done, this moment right here is the hardest for me. This is my third season of Flavor Of Love and everything, you know what I mean, and I went through sixty-five women," Flavor Flav said, going on to explain that since the finale he had been spending a lot of time with his youngest son and his youngest son's mother.

"The best gift that a man can ever give a child is to love his mother, and you know, I do love his mom," Flavor Flav said, confusing the audience and letting Thing 2 to know that he was actually meant to be with someone else.

Thing 2: Optimistic About Future with Flavor Flav

After winning the third season of Flavor of Love, Thing 2 said there would not be a fourth edition of the show; i.e. her and Flavor Flav would live happily ever after.

So far, so pretty good.

"I've seen Flav a couple of times since the show. He took me out to Benihana not long after the finale wrapped," Thing 2, whose real name is Tresha, recently said.

"But he's been off in Canada doing his show, and I've had other things going on. We haven't seen each other in a few months but it's still exciting. I'm excited to see what's going to happen."

Does she still believe in their future as a couple?

"I see us having a really great relationship. A good, good friendship, partnership. We'll be there for each other. We'll be life-long partners, friends, whatever you want to call it…I think it's going to work out for the best," she said.

Thing 2 Crowned Winner of Flavor of Love 3

When it cames to this season's Flavor of Love winner, it actually was a thing. Thing 2, to be exact.

Flavor Flav chose the contestant with the weird name over Black on last night's finale. As the rapper was deciding between finalists, he said:

"I just want to say that it really comes down to the question of connections versus chemistry... Black, I look at you, my heart and my chest be jumping. It jumps, it jumps, you know what I'm saying. That heart that's in my chest that be jumping, as much as I love you Black, but it belongs to Thing 2.

I just want to say you're a great girl, Black. The connection I've got with Thing 2 is a little stronger. So, Black, sorry your time is up."

Thing 2

After kissing Flavor Flav in victory, Thing 2 added:

"This is more than I ever imagined. The words can't even explain the ball of emotion, excitement. I got my man. We ain't coming back for a season four. It's a wrap."

And not a moment too soon, people.

Bee-Ex is Up Next

Bee-ExWhile past Former of Love contestants gear up for I Love Money (i.e. The Greatest Reality Show in Television history) on July 13, Bee-Ex has already been given a platform on which she can speak her insanity mind.

Following her elimination on the fifth episode of Flavor of Love 3, Bee-Ex is starring in her own YouTube talk show called Up Next with Bee-Ex. The series includes a panel of "experts" who give their opinions on a particular subject matter.

For hilarious instance:

On the first episode, the Flavor of Love reject weighs in on the differences between bachelors and lover boys, or as Bee-Ex calls them, "Ronnie Romance."

According to this guy guru, the "bachelor" is the single guy who dates a lot of women and doesn't want to settle down anytime soon. Conversely, "Ronnie Romance" is the type of guy who's going to open doors and give women the special treatment they deserve.

Gosh, for someone who knows so much about men, you gotta wonder how Bee-Ex ended up on a reality dating show in the first place.

Reality TV Recaps: The Paper, Flavor of Love

We've already summarized last night's Dancing with the Stars and The Bachelor episodes in full. Scroll down the site to read through those guides.

Meanwhile, here are two more reality TV episode guides from last night. A pair of contrasting shows were on the air...

The Paper: The series premiere introduced four juniors all aspiring to be editor-in-chief. Amanda the Copy Editor is a ruthless pursuer of power, the kind of person who thinks she knows better than everyone else. Alex, the Sports Editor, is far more reasonable, though coming from the sports world, he is likely stuck in that wheelhouse... -- BuddyTV

Flavor of Love: As this episode begins, Flavor Flav is lamenting the realization that, sooner or later, he will have to dump one of the twins. Meanwhile, Prototype is nervous about Flavor Flav's reckless drinking (meaning she's not long for this show) and Seezinz, for reasons untold, says she is withdrawing herself from the next challenge... Flavor Flav Ain't Looking for Love

The Flav Give Flavor Flav points for honesty.

While Matt Grant and anyone that has ever starred on a dating reality show are spewing nonsense about hoping to find true love in front of a camera - and then, without fail, dumping said true love months after the series ends - at least Flav is honest about his intentions on Flavor of Love.

"Honestly, to tell you the truth, I'm never tired of bringing entertainment to television. But it's not really like I'm looking for love. I automatically get that when I walk out the door," Flavor Flav recently said.

Sorry, current Flavor of Love contestants. But did you really think you'd end up with the man who has fathered enough children to field a softball team?

No matter how this season of the show ends, moreover, Flavor Flav is moving on from the reality TV genre.

"I'm not going to do any more Flavor of Loves," he said. "It's getting a little repetitious for me, you know what I'm saying?"

But the musician's days as a TV star are far from over. He has a new sitcom coming out - seriously - called Under One Roof. It premieres on April 16 on MyNetworkTV. And in case he wasn't already clear enough about his lack of interest in settling down, Flav concluded:

"My personal career right now is more important to me than anything but the air I breathe."

Here's a look, meanwhile, at a pair of other reality TV shows that dared to compete against those genre mainstays last night:

Flavor of Love: We pick up right where we left off, with Flavor Flav making the acquaintance of the four new ladies. The first one wants to be called Blue because of her eyes, but Flav calls her Black because that's the color of her dress. We love it... -- Buddy TV

Beauty and the Geek: Everyone awaits the return of the prodigal whores. One by one the ladies enter and when Tom doesn't see his Cocoa Goddess stride through that door he is heartbroken, but confident that he will be dating Amber after the show is over... -- TVGasm

Not Shy: Monalisa Speaks on Flavor of Love Ouster

Monalisa became known as Shy on Flavor of Lov.

Unfortunately, her exposure on the reality TV dating show ultimately stained Shy /  Monalisa with a reputation as the loud-mouthed and bad-breathed instigator who tried to win Flavor Flav's heart but to no avail.

On the other hand, her recent elimination has liberated her from all the drama in the mansion and allows her to return to her "true self."

According to Shy, everything she did on the show was just an act.

Although she lasted seven weeks on Flavor of Love, her time was not enjoyable. In fact, she had to deal with the negative energy and distance herself from her true personality as she took on the name given to her by the great Flavor Flav.

Shy

Shy / Monalisa: Never a dull moment.

"Basically, I am a true actress and I took that character in and became Shy. I had a little something of me, but I became that character. I was confused. I was getting mixed signals from Flav... Shy is the negative character of who I am and I made that character live. I tapped into a character instead of showing my true swagger," Shy explained.

"It was a really hellish experience for me. I had to shake the Shy character off. It took me like two months," she added. "I knew what I had to take care of with my teeth even before the show. I have never smelled my breath like the way he says it, and no one else I'm around has. I think it came from Bee-Ex and Hotlanta starting the rumor at the roast. That's when everything about my breath kicked off. He took it all the way to the end and that's some real gutter stuff.  I'll go out and be the girl with the stinky breath. That was Shy. I'm Monalisa."

Reality TV Recaps: Pussycat Dolls: Girlicious, Flavor of Love

We've compiled our own recaps of Dancing With the Stars and The Bachelor, so forgive us if we need some help with a pair of other programs.

For all you fans out there, here are some breakdowns of two of reality TV's hottest, strangest shows, courtesy of Buddy TV. Follow the links to continue:

Pussycat Doll solo artist Nicole Scherzinger stops by the set, and one girl gets in a throwdown with vocal coach Kenn Hicks. Natalie opens the episode by declaring that being beautiful is a talent. Robin gathers the girls together and says she'll now be judging them individually, not in groups. This week's challenge is all about vocal expression, which means the girls actually have to sound decent ...

PCDFlavor

Flavor Flav announces that the girls will make a Flavor of Love 3 Girls calendar. Prancer thinks this is every girls dream. Yes, even if Hillary Clinton were to become president, every girl's great regret will be not posing suggestively for a calendar. Helping out are former Flavor of Love stars Buckwild (who has her own clothing line) and Saaphyri (who has her own brand of lip chap, whatever the hell that is). In the end, it all boils down to Shy or Hotlanta...
