Angie Swindell Speaks on Big Brother 10 Ouster

Much like gay cowboy Steve, Angie Swindell had her time in the Big Brother 10 house cut short because of her friendship with Brian.

Though she joined an alliance to stop the powers that be (Libra, April, Ollie), the team's inability to win HoH or PoV sealed her fate.

TV Guide caught up with Angie to chat about her elimination, why she didn't lobby to stay, and whether anyone can stop Libra.

Angie Swindell

Q: So I can't say that this eviction was much of a shock.

Angie Swindell: Yeah, I definitely had a feeling it was coming, even before the nomination ceremony took place. You always have your hope that the plan to have Dan and Libra go up after the conversations Memphis and Jessie had with Keesha would happen, but you kind of have to take things for what they are. So, when my key wasn't pulled, it wasn't a big surprise. At that point I knew I was going home, so I was just trying to strategize in my mind what I could possibly do in order to survive.

Q: We didn't see you fight or lobby very hard. Were you just hoping Jessie Godderz would self-destruct?Continue Reading...

Big Brother Video: Jerry and Memphis Fight!

Forgive us for missing this last week, but here's a clip of one of the best exchanges so far this season on Big Brother.

As the house guests discuss a banner-displaying plane that flew over the Big Brother house, a heated exchange between the "womanizer" (young hothead Memphis) and the "perv" (75-year-old grandfather Jerry) broke out.

Are you outta your f%$king mind old man?! Memphis may not be on as many 'roids as Jessie Godderz, but dude is a tad on edge.

Not as steamy as the Big Brother sex video, but still a classic.

Big Brother 10 Recap: April Has Multiple Personalities; Memphis and Jessie Nominated For Eviction

With Angie eliminated and a new HoH competition underway, there was big time backstabbing on Big Brother 10 last night.

While some of the housemates didn't have a strong reason to win the HoH competition, Jessie, Michelle and Memphis knew that being the last one standing on the fake building could change the course of the game.

Jessie fell to his doom fairly quickly, proving that his muscles do absolutely nothing, while Memphis was also quick to go.

Michelle hung on until the end, only letting go after April promised not to nominate either her or Jessie Godderz.

Big Brother: April

The problem? New HoH April can't keep a promise.

April put Jessie Godderz up for elimination pretty much immediately thereafter, leading us to wonder who the heck April even is.

The sweet Nebraskan girl who terribly misses her sister, the sleuth who deduced that Dan is America's Player, the paranoid / crazy biatch who doesn't trust Keesha and Memphis (also up for elimination now), the ultimate backstabber - who is this April!?Continue Reading...

Big Brother Cowboy Wants Bucks (and Buckaroos)

The gay cowboy from Texas on Big Brother 10 needs a new ride and he's willing to sell you the shirt off his back to get it. Literally.

Steve needs the ca$h for a new truck - his old one blew up on the way to Big Brother - and he's actually auctioning off his prized University of Texas t-shirt on eBay to raise the funds. Best of luck, Steve

Big Brother: Steve

One unappealing - or appealing, if you're into that - selling point: He wore it the entire time he was on the show.

You know Jessie Godderz would put in a big if he knew what was going on. Current best offer? A mere $122.50.

Angie, Not Jessie Godderz, Evicted on Big Brother 10

Day 24 in the Big Brother 10 house was a memorable one.

Nominees Angie and Jessie awaited their fate, but first another Jerry fight - and an earthquake - shook things up.

Even after Keesha didn’t use the Power of Veto on him, Jessie was nervous but confident, while Angie seemed less so, telling Michelle not to vote to keep her if the rest of the house was against her.

Some time later, Angie and Jerry were chatting strategy outside. Jerry said this week was not his choice and that things change week to week - her game isn’t over until she's out the door, Jerry urged.

He also said that Jessie, Michelle and Memphis (among a few unnamed others) were too cocky last week. More Jerry drama subsequently began as some of those “cocky” people heard his comments.

In Keesha’s room, meanwhile, Jessie Godderz said he felt he was going to be the one leaving. Then Memphis came in and told Keesha he heard Jerry tell Angie she may not be sent packing after all.

Big Brother: Angie

Right before the ballots were cast, Angie made a final plea - that only one person can win this game — not an alliance. She told them to look at who is the biggest roadblock in the way of their victory.

A fair point, yes. But it did nothing, as Angie was unanimously voted out and Jessie Godderz lived to fight another week.

Earthquake Shakes Up Big Brother

Below, the Big Brother house guests react to the frightening 5.4-magniture earthquake that shook Southern California Tuesday. Sweet. They probably thought it was CBS just screwing with them somehow - but no!

THE EARTH MOVED: And not just for April and Ollie this time.

Is Jessie Godderz Gay?

The openly gay contestant on Big Brother 10, Steven, is already gone. But if you believe some of the stuff we've read online - or seen the Jessie Godderz nude pics - you've gotta wonder just a little about him, too!

We posted Jessie's, um, provocative naked photos earlier this week, and we hear there may be more where those came from.

And, according to "friends" who recently spoke out on the topic, there are rumors Jessie is actually a closeted homosexual!

"He isn't ready for his parents, or the public, to know [he is gay]," a source says. "Jessie isn't actually open with his sexuality, but he doesn't hide it too well either. We just don't talk about it."

These friends also claim to be the ones passing around naked pics of Jessie Godderz - who is up for elimination on Big Brother 10 tomorrow.

They do, however, say the photos they're holding onto are "a lot more exciting" than the ones already online.

What do you think: Is Jessie Godderz gay?

Big Brother 10 Recap: Battle of the Brains

NOTE: We use the term "brains" loosely. It was Keesha and Jessie, after all.

Lots of talk, no action. Last night's Big Brother 10 episode can be summed up that simply. Keesha (below) is Head of Household, having just nominated Jessie Godderz (for obvious reasons) and Angie (for no reason).

From the moment the nominations were made, Jessie was up in Keesha's grill and looking like he might fly into a fit of 'roid rage and murder the nice Hooters girl at any moment. She's really un-hot, BT-Dubs.

Big Brother: Keesha

Keesha rules the Big Brother 10 house this week.

It was all for naught, however, when Keesha herself lucked into a victory in the (gross) Power of Veto competition and declined to use the PoV on either Jessie or Angie. It will all come down to Thursday's vote.

No matter how hard he tried, Jessie Godderz could not persuade Keesha to put Libra on the block instead. His point is simple, and probably true: Libra sucks and can't be trusted. Yet Keesha stuck to "her word."

As for Angie, no one seems to know why she's on the block to begin with. Will she prevail in a vote against Jessie Godderz? Stay tuned.

The Soup Rips Jessie Godderz

On Big Brother, when contestants win Head of Household, they are sent pics of their friends and family, with which to decorate their rooms.

However, when Jessie Godderz won, his room was soon adorned with pictures of his #1 favorite person in the whole world: Jessie Godderz!

Yes, as the hilarious The Soup noted on last Friday's show, the bodybuilder is far more interested in himself than anyone else ...

"Here's my cover of Douchebag Weekly!"

Big Brother Spoilers: Power of Veto Style

The Big Brother nominations Sunday night - Jessie and Angie - were, to say the least, a little bit surprising and frustrating to some.

Jessie Godderz? Fine, put him up and hope he seals his own fate. But Angie, though? Come on, Keesha. Angie and Keesha should be alliance members but, somehow, Keesha blames Angie for Steven's departure.

This, even after Libra admitted she wanted Steven gone. Keesha hated Libra, no? At the very least, Libra is annoying and is willing to scream in an old guy's face. So, what the heck was Keesha thinking?

Keesha10

Again, Jessie Godderz is asking for it. But there is absolutely no reason Angie should be nominated, many viewers are griping.

None, yet she's the favorite to go home on Thursday (the Big Brother live eviction has been moved from Wednesday, FYI). Or is she?

Who will win this week's Power of Veto competition and what will happen at the ceremony? Well, if you want to know ahead of time, you can.
