Tamra Barney is a cast member on The Real Housewives of Orange County. She premiered on the third season of the show.
Barney was born and raised in California. She's a mother of four and has been married to her husband, Simon, for 11 years... until early 2010, when he accused Tamra of adultery and filed for divorce.
He's the father to three of her children - Sidney, Spencer and Sophia. Tamra's oldest son, Ryan, is from a previous marriage.

Tamra is starting to wear on me. I used to be on her side until last season when she wouldn't just shut up about the whole Gretchen situation. Ok, so you were pulled into it, it's time to get over it. She's a master manipulator as well. Anytime Simon is laying it into someone, Tamra turns the other way and rolls into a ball while her 'friend' has to defend themself against her husband. Not to add she dresses like a 13 year old. Yes, she has a kickass body after having 4 kids and being 42, but dress your age please! There's a classy and sexy way to dress age appropriate, she needs to go on the tv show 'What Not to Wear' ASAP! Her jeans (as well as Lynne Curtin's) are about a size or 2 too tight, these 'ladies' can barely walk in them! A pair of ripped jeans she was wearing (with a wifebeater), my 14 year old niece actually had the same pair. I was like WOW. Tamra, grow up, dress your age, stop talking about people, and ENOUGH with the pathetic acting job of you crying over your destroyed marriage!

Tamara will be just fine with controlling Simon.. She is a good Mom and has done her best with that small man at her side every minute of the day. And, he needs to get a real job so that he can support his family and stop making his wife go out and make the money.
Don't be hating girls!!! alittle jealously going on in here. Tamara is the hottest housewife on that show.
Simon is a jerk.. He will regret his moves.
Tamara will move on and find herself a rea man. One who can support her.
Wake up ladies. Simon is a control freak. Tamara could barely breathe and she still stayed with him. She did not cheat on him.. And, if she did. Good for her.!!!winey simon. worse than a woman..

Simon is a control freak, it was crazy how angry he got when he said she didn't obey him. Mercedes Benz realized that Simon was hurting the image of their dealership. Can you imagine the sales manger of a caer dealer acting like he had money, it was laghable. Then when he hired Tamra's criminal son it was the last straw. Simon is no longer employable, Tamra is trailer trash, and non of the houswives actually have any real money. It is interesting and instructive to see them all truning on each other. Hollow materialistic pursuits will do that to you.

Wow i knew tamra was as trashy as they come. She's rediculous and obviously jelous of gretchen , if you dont like someone get over it and move on, however you dont make it the center of your conversation case point shes jelous!

It is all over the internet that Tamra's house is now in "short sale" aka FORECLOSURE! Ha! Ha! Ha!
Turns out she never had money to begin with! She is a liar and a fraud. She was always pointing the finger at Gretchen so people wouldn't discover what a trailer trash liar she really is.
And if that wasn’t enough they have civil credit collections problems too.

Vicki seems to dress more appropriate for her age. Trampy Tamra, however, seems to love Forever 21....lol I think women watch this show, to see how it would be to have tons of money and a lavish, classy lifestyle!! Tamra does not fit in here!! Her personality leaves a lot to be desired. Self-centered, jealous, greedy, materialistic phony. I read that she was "busted" for leaving countless trashy comments about Gretchen on a website, they tracked the IP to her house!!!! Again....classless as they come!!!

Has anyone suggested to the housewives that they each need a stylist? They all look a little long in the tooth with their '80's hair and "junior" department wardrobes. They should give some consideration to looking good for their age rather than like crap by trying to shave a few decades....
