I went to High School with NeNe (Clarke Central, Athens GA, Class of 85). She was a real piece of work. I remember she got into a fight with someone in the 11th grade and they pulled out her weave. My friend Derrick Maxey picked it up and stuck it in his math book. I remember every period he would show it to people. Those were some fun times!

I don't think NeNe has ever met a stranger. She talked with me at length for a good thrity minutes when I talked with her at a local resturant. Out of all the characters on the Real housewives of Atlanta, NeNe was my favorite! Both Sheree and Kim seemed fake. DeShawn was verylaid back, but spoiled. I like Lisa because she is a go getter! She is not just depending on her husband, she is getting it on her own and I defiitely respect that.

I've watched all season. Seems realistic that the economy has brought some people who didn't have a strong financial base down. Seems unfunny to have Lisa, an asian black who claims to be civilized, lie about what she has said and then tell the subject of her lies to get off her case or she'll flip her over the couch. Then we have Nene who claims to be a true housewife member at the Joneses level give her best imitation of a flipped out socialite... rough bimbo is all I can see... but a nice husband who ought to deep six this one.
