When Lauren Conrad burst on to the reality TV scene, the SoCal cutie had a unique style - casual chic style - that fashion fans immediately latched on to. The Laguna Beach star (and season one narrator) became the idol of many thousands of young viewers.

After a season on Laguna Beach and some time away at college, LC adopted a more clean, collegiate look. Her taste has become more mature, thanks in part to her time as an intern at Teen Vogue, which we know about from her Laguna Beach spin-off, The Hills.

As Lauren has learned, love interests (Jason Wahler, Brody Jenner) and even friends (Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt) may come and go, but good clothes will never let you down! LC's fashion passion reached new heights earlier this year when she launched her own clothing line!

We're eagerly looking forward to the personal and professional life of Lauren Conrad on season 3 of The Hills. This MTV mainstay is a Scoop favorite.

Chris Richardson may want to rethink who he dates.

After all, one of Lauren Conrad's exes is going to jail.

In any event, the 22-year-old Chesapeake, Va., native and American Idol hopeful has been getting cozy with the 21-year-old Laguna Beach and The Hills reality TV star.

The two were spotted flirting and kissing in Los Angeles at the club Les Deux, In Touch Weekly reported in its April 23 issue.

"It was their first date," a pal of Conrad's told In Touch.

"And it seems to have gone well."

The pal added that Lauren Conrad thinks Chris Richardson is "totally hot," according to In Touch.

Conrad also presumably thought Jason Wahler was a hottie, but the two had a "dramatic break-up" prior to filming The Hills' second season last fall.

Since then it's been all downhill for Wahler, although rumors that he and Conrad filmed a sex tape that is about to be released appear to be false.

Our hunch is that is was Spencer Pratt - LC's nemesis and the boyfriend of her one-time BFF, Heidi Montag - floated those rumors out to the public.

Either way, it looks as if Lauren Conrad and Chris Richardson are enjoying each other's company. Here's hoping he can stay out of prison... and on an American Idol competition that's getting pretty tight with the departure of that ass clown Sanjaya Malakar.

Just three weeks after getting a rumored boob job and nose job, a smoking hot Heidi Montag put those rumors to rest... and turned heads with her beau, Spencer Pratt, on a Malibu beach.

Personally, we don't know why a cute girl like Heidi had all this work done, as she looked great from the start. But according to Us Weekly, many a beach passerby was impressed by her.

"She looked awesome!" says an onlooker. "She seemed really happy."

We don't see how anyone could be, in the presence of Spencer Pratt. But Heidi Montag has defied conventional wisdom for two years now.

Sources tell Us Weekly that Beverly Hills-based doctor Frank Ryan performed both surgeries. Heidi, 20, always, like, wanted C-cups, and believes a woman should soooo do whatever she wants with her body.

Oooga. Those are some serious breasts, Heidi. You sure Spencer isn't behind this? And what's with the nose? It's not like it was huge to begin with.

Strange stuff. Though she has not confirmed she had surgery, the star of The Hills admits she has plenty of reasons to be in good spirits.

"I'm in a great place in my life right now," she tells Us Weekly, no doubt confirming fears that Heidi and Spencer are still hot and heavy.

Spencer Pratt, for his part, denies he pushed Heidi to have the surgery, stating, "I would never tell her what to do with her body."

Lauren Conrad, her Hills co-star and former best bud, who has accused Montag and Pratt of fabricating sex tape rumors about her, has not yet commented on Montag's newly ample chest.

You either love him or hate him.

Check that. There's no way you love this guy, and if you're like us here at the Scoop, you can barely tolerate him during an episode of The Hills. But nevertheless, we're intrigued by this emerging reality TV star and decided to do some research and learn a little more about him.

After all, having Olympic decathlon gold medalist Bruce Jenner as his dad and music powerhouse David Foster as his stepfather, the amazing Brody Jenner has dubiously anointed Spencer Pratt as his "manager."

So who the hell is Spencer Pratt? Here's what we know...

-- Similar to the likes of Paris Hilton, the dude is famous strictly by association, yet seems to parlayed that into a rather lucrative career... or at least one that's headed that way.

-- He was first featured in the reality show The Princes of Malibu, which followed the Jenner kids (Brody and his brother, Brandon Jenner) as well as their tag-along buddy, Spencer, as they do nothing all day except occasionally bother David Foster and his superstar clients.

-- He's now on the Laguna Beach spin-off series, The Hills, having weaseled onto the show and into our homes every Monday night by getting into the pants of one of its leading ladies, Heidi Montag. She's hot... even before the fake boobs.

-- Spencer has reportedly been negged from every hot club in Greater L.A., except Area, where girlfriend Heidi pulls stings to get him in. Heidi Montag works (as Hills fans may recall) for Brent Bolthouse, who's the promoter of the venue.

-- Spencer Pratt's father is a famous L.A. dentist. Hey, those guys make a hell of a lot of money.

-- He has a cameo in Kevin Federline's new video. However, we aren't sure which video it is. If you know, please leave us a comment so that we may find the clip on YouTube and post it for all to ridicule enjoy.

-- Spencer's quote-unquote management company, Innovator Management, has about four clients, though it's tough to tell as most of Pratt's "companies" have MySpace pages without any other Web presence.

-- The clients of this "company" are, shockingly, Brody Jenner, Heidi Montag (who is recording an album soon under Spencer's guidance - should be a dandy), David Foster and The Princes of Malibu DVD.

-- Spencer is Vice President of Archangel L.A., a company which appears to make silver jewelry that retails at two stores in Los Angeles. The goods are not yet available for purchase (or look at) online.

-- The reality TV star also has his (slimy) hands in the music biz, working for 143 Records (David Foster's label for Atlantic), and the nebulous Precise Music Group, which has one artist, YaBoy, a rapper on the L.A. underground scene.

-- Spencer Pratt and Brody Jenner are both "VPs of 310 Creative," a company that animates Web graphics and designs celebrity websites. Among the "clients" are Nicole Richie, David Foster, Ya Boy, and Korn.

Jason Wahler is bad ass.

Or at least he likes to think so.

After four arrests in four different U.S. states over the span of a year, we're willing to concede that he's a little hard (albeit moronic and in need of anger management counseling).

But according to the celebrity gossip site TMZ, a porn company has put the brakes on the alleged sex tape featuring Wahler and Lauren Conrad - partly because the content is "vanilla."

In other words, Wahler's no stallion in bed.

A source adds that The Hills star and Wahler are just "messing around" and the tape is weak.

Officially, SugarDVD says that it is retracting its offer ($500,000) for the tape because of Wahler's recent arrest in Seattle.

"We refuse to support any person who feels that it is in any way acceptable to rattle off racial slurs and slanderous language about African-Americans, homosexuals and the police department," the company said in a statement.

Not only is SugarDVD rescinding its offer, but it is reaching out to its network to discourage anyone from participating in a deal for the alleged sex tape. Which in our opinion is as fake as Heidi Montag's boobs.

Speaking of Ms. Montag and her smarmy boyfriend, Spencer Pratt, they have denied any involvement in circulating rumors about the tape, which Lauren Conrad herself has said isn't real.

Both Montag and Pratt have claimed, in a recent interview, that LC's obligations are outrageous and say they have nothing to do with it.

On April 5, Lauren Conrad received a shocking phone call.

A friend called to tell her about a report on Perez Hilton dot com claiming Jason Wahler was peddling a tape of them having sex.

"My friend started reading the item to me, and I literally could not breathe," Conrad tells Us Weekly. "I thought she was joking when she started telling me."

Though Perez Hilton says he confirmed the tape's existence with "multiple sources close to Lauren Conrad and Jason Wahler," the star of MTV's The Hills denies it.

"Honestly, they videotape my life five days out of the week," said Conrad, who's still in disbelief over the rumor. "I don't need additional footage, you know?"

We know.

One thing's for sure. Whomever leaked the information doesn't like The Hills.

Either that, or they have a vendetta against Conrad.

Sources close to LC are pointing fingers at her former BFF and roommate, Heidi Montag, and her boyfriend, Spencer Pratt, who was Conrad's nemesis throughout the second season of The Hills.

The Laguna Beach native notes that Montag, despite their long history, was the one "friend" who didn't reach out to her after news of the alleged sex tape broke.

"This has literally been, like, the worst week ever," she said. "And someone who's supposedly my friend didn't even call or text me."

Nevertheless, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, who moved in together on the season 2 finale, were interviewed by Us Weekly and denied any wrongdoing.

"It's sad someone would make up something like that, and even sadder people think we had anything to do with it," said the slimy, sucky Spencer Pratt.

"I feel horrible for Lauren, but I had nothing to do with spreading that false, disgusting rumor," Heidi said, seconding her lame boyfriend's statement.
