Season five of The Hills is nearing its end.
On this week’s episode, Heidi and Spencer are planning their wedding. It looks like the entire Hills gang will be attending, well everyone except Lauren Conrad that is.
Lo and Audrina both agree to attend, and we find out that Brody and Frankie are as well. Heidi Montag asks Stephanie to invite Lauren over lunch which does not go so well. Lauren tells Stephanie that she won’t go because of Spencer Pratt.
While wedding dress shopping, Stephanie relays the bad news to Heidi. Heidi starts crying, but did she really expect Lauren to go? Lauren has said in the past they are not friends anymore.
Heidi needs to give Lauren her space once and for all. However, the dress that Heidi ends up choosing is gorgeous!
Next, we see our Hills girls at a party thrown by Kelly Cutrone.
Kelly blatantly confronts Stephanie about slacking off at work, which ends with Stephanie refusing to take responsibility for her actions as usual.
Heidi, still upset about Lauren declining the invite, tells Spencer to apologize to Lauren and personally invite her.
Spencer refuses until Heidi basically says it was not a question but rather a demand. Spencer claims he has never apologized for anything.
Heidi then goes to see Lauren at her job to try and change her mind about the wedding. Seriously? Heidi looks like a sad puppy dog always chasing after Lauren.
How many times does Lauren have to specify that it's not her, it’s Spencer. Lauren points out how Spencer pushes away everyone Heidi loves.
To those who never thought Spencer would actually call Lauren, you thought wrong! He said he is “sorry” for spreading rumors about her and all of the other stuff he has done to her.
He makes a good point though when he says that she needs to put aside her feelings for him and just support Heidi. If Lauren really does care about Heidi then she should go and just ignore Spencer.
