While Lauren Conrad and Lauren Bosworth want to spend the day tanning and shopping, Audrina has to go to the studio with the band Alkaline Trio for work. She invites L&L to join her, and though Lo is visibly not into it, they end up dropping by for a minute or two - and not a second more.

They bail almost immediately, to Audrina's chagrin. Lo deflects wrongdoing over sushi, saying she’s “not cool enough to hang with bands.” LC is upset that her roomies haven’t bonded. Lo's response? “This is yummy soup!”

Meanwhile, Heidi Montag decides that she wants to take her career to the next level by helping Brent Bolthouse launch new Hyde bars in Las Vegas.

Later, Audrina Patridge is surprised to come home and see that her two roommates named Lauren got a pet puppy, Chloe, without her.

She complains to Justin Bobby about feeling left out and he recommends she start looking for other places to live. She's thinking about it.

Finally Stephanie kicks Spencer Pratt out of his apartment, to which he replies: “I’ll be gone. By the end. Of the day. Get out. Of my face.”

His plan now is to show up at Heidi’s unannounced, but when he gets there, he is shocked to find out that she’s nowhere to be seen...
