Episode Guide
This week, the Celebrity Fit Club cast went to a dance studio for a special fit camp.
There, they were told they would compete in a dance marathon.
First, they had to learn some steps so some dance instructors came in to teach them swing and salsa dancing.
Ross was told that he would need a fruit basket on his head to do a proper samba and he said that he has one.
Maureen went and grabbed a couple of shots of alcohol before the dancing began.
Ross said that on a scale of dance talent he was about a 2. But that was about 2 times a good as he thought he’d be. (He’s so funny.)
The group was divided into couples and they were told that if they stopped dancing, the couple would be eliminated. The last couple dancing would be the winners. The winning team would win a gift pack of items for their children’s charity worth a whole lot of money. Now, that’s a good incentive!
For the first 90 minutes, the dancing was energetic and the dancers were having a good time. Then, they started to wear down a bit.
Then, when he was getting a drink, Dustin stopped dancing so he and Tiffany were out. He tried to argue with Ant, but did finally step off.
- Dustin Diamond told Ant that he might bail on the show because he was told to leave the floor.
- Ant told him to go ahead and bail.
- Dustin left the area and vowed to get even.
- He then challenged Ant to physical combat.
The drama caused everyone to quit dancing and the judges had to pick a winner based on dance technique. Cledus and Kimberley were declared the winners fro the event.
The Regulators won over $12,000 worth of items for St. Judes’ Children’s Hospital.
Ant announced that since they were all playing for charities, he had called the donating companies and they had agreed to give the prizes to both charities.
Then came the weigh-in. Brat had bet with Ant, Ian and Harvey that she could lose 8 lbs. before this weigh-in. If she did it, they would each have to pay her $100. If not, she would have to pay them.
She was up first. She did lose the 8 lbs. and they all had to pay her.
Ian asked her why he had to lose $100 for her to lose some weight. She said that he really didn’t have to, but she just accepted the challenge. Her target for the next weigh-in was 2 lbs.
She was asked why she got upset the day before. She told them that she was made to stop dancing because of Dustin. Her new goal is 4 lbs. before next time.
Ant talked to Cledus about the fact that every time he shows up, he looks different. Cledus replied that the quality of women that he can go out with increases as the weight comes off.
He had been expected to lose 3 lbs. and he lost 5 lbs. instead. He told the panel that the show has been a defining moment in his life. He told Ian that he eats practically the same thing every day because he doesn’t know what to eat on his own.
Ian told him that they would have a gourmet service deliver his meals so he can get used to eating a variety and will know what is ok to eat.
Brat called him “Sexy White Chocolate.”
His target weight loss for the next time is only 1 lb.
Next was Maureen. Her goal for the whole season was to lose 25 lbs. and she lost more than that now. She had lost 18.6% of her starting body weight.
Ian asked what her motivation had been and she said it was to feel good again.
Then the panel called her out for starting to drink before noon the day before. Then they warned her about substituting alcohol for the eating to medicate her depressing life events.
Harvey told her that she could set her own target for the next weigh-in. She told him 1 lb.
Harvey gave him the target of 2 lbs. to lose before the next weigh-in.
Ross went next. His target to lose was 4 lbs. and he lost another 9 lbs.
He had lost 15% of his starting body weight. He had now gone beneath his total weight loss goal for the season by 2 lbs. Harvey told him he could also set his own goal for this weigh-in and he said he wanted to lose 2 lbs.
Ant confronted Dustin for eating a donut that morning. There was a lot of conflict about it and he bad-mouthed the others away from the group. Ant showed the rest his comments. It got tense again.
Dustin stepped up and was told that he had the target to lose 6 lbs. He stepped on the scale and had actually gained 5 lbs. Ian told him that it was a stunning failure.
Dustin Diamond gave a bunch of excuses and then got into a huge argument with everyone, and Harvey nearly came over the table and beat him down. I wish he had. What is this joker doing on the show anyway? He never has been committed to the program. He should be kicked off the show.
Ian told him to be honest about whether he wanted to actually lose weight or not. He said that the goal they had given him was not realistic for his size. Ian brought out the chart and showed him that he was wrong.
He kept arguing with everyone in the room and wouldn’t take responsibility for his own actions and eventually the whole group got up and left the room.
The show ended in the middle of the huge conflict and will be continued on the next show.
