Jessie Godderz Speaks on Big Brother Eviction

Last week on Big Brother 10, professional bodybuilder and personal trainer Jessie Godderz, 22, was evicted after viewers instructed America's Player, Dan, stabbed him in the back and voted him out.

Now, free to speak his mind here in the real world again (not that being in the Big Brother house stopped him) Jessie is striking back.

In a new interview with TV Guide, Jessie insists his game play was "perfect," one of his house mates is "off her meds," that he figured out Dan is America's Player, that he's not arrogant, and much more ...

TVGuide.com: So, Jessie, how are you doing?

Jessie Godderz: A little sleep deprived... because as much as people want to point the finger at me, it was taken out of my hands when America told Dan what to do. Initially I felt a little confident in Dan by him saying that $500,000 wasn't worth him going back on his word, and he got paid not even a fraction of that to put me out of the house. Granted, teachers don't get paid that much, but if that's what he wants to stand by, it's just a little hypocritical, obviously. To each his own. My game play was perfect — I was going to skate by this week [since Michelle is HoH]; I finally wouldn't have been the underdog, I finally would have felt safe.

TVGuide.com: And this is why you're sleep deprived, because you've been thinking about all these things?

Jessie Godderz: Any question you can ask me, I've thought about. I've been asked about being arrogant, supposedly, about me saying that my name and "arrogant" shouldn't be in the same sentence. Arrogance is a very vague term. [Some people] would say I'm arrogant because I work out; a different person would say, "Jessie is dedicated to working out and dedicated to his physique." I do it for fun, a hobby and a job.

TVGuide.com: To back up for just a second — you told Julie that you weren't surprised, but did you really see your eviction coming?

Jessie Godderz: Apparently they didn't show that after I got done talking with Dan [when Dan supposedly "broke down" and hugged Jessie], I went and played pool with Michelle, and we came to the conclusion that he was [America's Player]. I almost said it in my speech prior to them voting, but you're so cloudy with everything, it's hard to think clearly.... Now that I am more so, it stinks that I didn't call him out on it.

Big Brother 10 Spoilers For Tuesday

One of the reasons to watch Big Brother 10 - or any reality show - is to scream at the guy or girl you hate. The one you despise, yet can't stop watching. Basically the Spencer Pratt of your favorite show.

On Big Brother 10, that person was Jessie Godderz

Jessie Godderz Gay?

The show has a number of vaguely unlikable contestants this season, but none can top Jessie. With him gone, someone needs to step up.

Keesha sucks, but it's not quite the same. Although this week - given the Big Brother spoilers we now know - she may be up to the task.

And don't even get us started on Libra Thompson.

Follow the jump to see who wins tonight's Power of Veto competition - and whether he or she decides to do anything with it ...

Big Brother 10 Recap: Libra on the Block

After sparring with nearly every other houseguest on Big Brother 10 and angering many viewers to boot, Libra is finally in trouble.

The evil Libra's reign of terror reached new heights as her plan to oust Jessie Godderz succeeded, making her a target of Michelle.

Michelle, of course, has won Head of Household this week. The bulls eye on Libra's back just grew bigger.

Libra Thompson

Thus, last night's Big Brother 10 episode featured a huge fight, returning house guests, and two not-so-surprising nominees.

Jessie Godderz Evicted on Big Brother 10

Yesterday, we played (or at least blogged) a little bit of Project Runway word association. Last night on Big Brother, Julie decided to play a word association game with Jessie Godderz.

When he had to describe himself, he responded "the man."

Sigh. Whether you liked Jessie Godderz or not, the Big Brother 10 house sure won't be the same without him.

Jessie's nine lives were finally up on last night's live eviction episode of Big Brother. Of the four weeks Jessie spent in the house, he was on the block three times and HoH the other time.

When he was eliminated from the house, he said he wasn't surprised but felt his housemates had a completely wrong impression of him.

Not sure how that's possible, but whatever you say.

Meanwhile, there was an ending to the next week's HoH competition that many Big Brother players didn't want to happen.

Michelle beat Libra to become the new Head of Household and considering it was only minutes after Jessie's eviction - she was his only friend left - you could tell Michelle was out for blood.

She made no qualms about who she'd be going after and pointed the finger and Libra, Keesha, and Dan. Ironically, Dan, America's Player, no longer has any say in his votes. Stay tuned!

Big Brother 10 Recap: Long Live Dan and Jerry!

Last night on Big Brother 10, the screaming and bickering reached extreme levels - even by Big Brother standards, people.

Jessie Godderz stirred up trouble between Libra, Keesha, and April, which turned into an all out war. Memphis remains bitter and Jaded.

Soon enough, Jerry and Renny were involved and yelling, too.

America’s Player, a.k.a. Dan, had to hug a player for 10 seconds and the US of A chose ... Jessie Godderz, obviously!

Dan had to make up a story about his girlfriend and Jessie fell for it ... they actually hugged for 17 seconds. Go Dan!

Later, during the PoV competition, eliminated players received prizes but could trade them for anything else.

Jerry MacDonald

When Libra won, she was horrified to find the Jen-Sheila red unitard as her "prize." She took Michelle’s Hawaiian vacation. That move proved to be the thing that sent Michelle off the deep end.

As for the veto competition itself, April's fears of her alliance losing out were assuaged when Libra, April and Jerry MacDonald (pictured) were somehow the last three standing in the hockey-themed PoV battle.

Jerry won a letter from home, but quickly gave it up to take the PoV, which was sitting in Jessie's hands. He did not use it at the ceremony and kept April's nominations intact, as she wanted.

Will it be Memphis Garrett or Jessie Godderz going home?

As the credits rolled last night, both seemed to think they have the votes to remain in the house. Should be interesting.

Big Brother 10 Spoilers: PoV Style

When Jessie Godderz somehow survived another eviction ceremony last week - by unanimous vote no less - we were shocked.

We're sure we aren't the only ones. Two days later, he’s back on the block, up against hothead Memphis Garrett (pictured) ...

Memphis Garrett

Sooner or later, things must have to catch up with Jessie Godderz. Right? We've seen people hang on like this before, but it seems he was living on borrowed time as soon as he walked in the Big Brother house.

Can either Jessie or Memphis save their own asses in tonight's Power of Veto competition? Find out in these Big Brother spoilers ...Continue Reading...

Angie Swindell Speaks on Big Brother 10 Ouster

Much like gay cowboy Steve, Angie Swindell had her time in the Big Brother 10 house cut short because of her friendship with Brian.

Though she joined an alliance to stop the powers that be (Libra, April, Ollie), the team's inability to win HoH or PoV sealed her fate.

TV Guide caught up with Angie to chat about her elimination, why she didn't lobby to stay, and whether anyone can stop Libra.

Angie Swindell

Q: So I can't say that this eviction was much of a shock.

Angie Swindell: Yeah, I definitely had a feeling it was coming, even before the nomination ceremony took place. You always have your hope that the plan to have Dan and Libra go up after the conversations Memphis and Jessie had with Keesha would happen, but you kind of have to take things for what they are. So, when my key wasn't pulled, it wasn't a big surprise. At that point I knew I was going home, so I was just trying to strategize in my mind what I could possibly do in order to survive.

Q: We didn't see you fight or lobby very hard. Were you just hoping Jessie Godderz would self-destruct?Continue Reading...

Big Brother Video: Jerry and Memphis Fight!

Forgive us for missing this last week, but here's a clip of one of the best exchanges so far this season on Big Brother.

As the house guests discuss a banner-displaying plane that flew over the Big Brother house, a heated exchange between the "womanizer" (young hothead Memphis) and the "perv" (75-year-old grandfather Jerry) broke out.

Are you outta your f%$king mind old man?! Memphis may not be on as many 'roids as Jessie Godderz, but dude is a tad on edge.

Not as steamy as the Big Brother sex video, but still a classic.

Big Brother 10 Recap: April Has Multiple Personalities; Memphis and Jessie Nominated For Eviction

With Angie eliminated and a new HoH competition underway, there was big time backstabbing on Big Brother 10 last night.

While some of the housemates didn't have a strong reason to win the HoH competition, Jessie, Michelle and Memphis knew that being the last one standing on the fake building could change the course of the game.

Jessie fell to his doom fairly quickly, proving that his muscles do absolutely nothing, while Memphis was also quick to go.

Michelle hung on until the end, only letting go after April promised not to nominate either her or Jessie Godderz.

Big Brother: April

The problem? New HoH April can't keep a promise.

April put Jessie Godderz up for elimination pretty much immediately thereafter, leading us to wonder who the heck April even is.

The sweet Nebraskan girl who terribly misses her sister, the sleuth who deduced that Dan is America's Player, the paranoid / crazy biatch who doesn't trust Keesha and Memphis (also up for elimination now), the ultimate backstabber - who is this April!?Continue Reading...

Big Brother Cowboy Wants Bucks (and Buckaroos)

The gay cowboy from Texas on Big Brother 10 needs a new ride and he's willing to sell you the shirt off his back to get it. Literally.

Steve needs the ca$h for a new truck - his old one blew up on the way to Big Brother - and he's actually auctioning off his prized University of Texas t-shirt on eBay to raise the funds. Best of luck, Steve

Big Brother: Steve

One unappealing - or appealing, if you're into that - selling point: He wore it the entire time he was on the show.

You know Jessie Godderz would put in a big if he knew what was going on. Current best offer? A mere $122.50.
