When she won cycle three of America's Next Top Model, she went by the name of Eva Pigford.

Now known as Eva Marcelle, what else has changed for this beauty?

"My life has changed tremendously since winning America's Next Top Model, I went from a college student to the cover of a makeup line," she said. "But when I have to do my own make-up, I just even out my complexion with Black Opal and put on mascara. That's about it."

Moreover, despite the pressures of the industry, Eva tries to remain true to herself and her body.

"I'm not a fitness nut!" she said. "I don't go to the gym. I just try to eat well and I keep active."

Adding that she loves Mexican good, the former America's Next Top Model's winner also said she enjoys low-key pleasures, especially those based in the great outdoors:

"I am a stay at home kind of girl. I enjoy cooking and entertaining for my family and friends. I've just taken up golf and I really enjoy playing."

But don't think Marcelle has abandoned her first love, which she still cites as fashion: "I love clothes and shoes. My fashion taste is really vintage. I love old clothes - things from the 30s that were flattering and sexy. Eventually I would like to establish my own clothing line."

Fatima
For her: As if her resemblance to Iman wasn't enough to make her a serious threat, she has the kind of heartbreaking life story that Tyra eats up: As a child in Somalia, Fatima was circumcised, meaning that she will never be able to have intercourse. The word "yikes" comes to mind.
Against her: Fatima calls herself a perfectionist but gives the off-putting impression that she already thinks she's pretty darn perfect. Nobody likes that.

Allison
For her: As America's Next Top Model competitors go, she's pretty sharp. When her rivals were mindlessly screaming as "homecoming queen" Tyra joked that she'd slept with all of their boyfriends, the Sarah Silverman look-alike, without missing a beat, retorted that she'd shagged Tyra's man, too.
Against her: Did I mention that Allison looks an awful lot like Sarah Silverman? Don't get me wrong â€" Sarah's cute, but Top Model material? Um, not so much.

Paulina Porizkova, a new judge on America's Next Top Model, recently spoke with our friends at Buddy TV. Here are excerpts from the interview:

Did you feel any pressure stepping in for Twiggy? She's so popular with the fans of the show.
Really? See, I had no idea. If you had told me that before I probably would have had a lot more pressure. No, I didn't pay any attention. I watch the show because I think it's great fun, and I really liked it. But no, I didn't think anything of it actually.

If anything I thought, "God, she's such a lady, she's such a nice, nice woman." She's ridiculously nice. I thought, you know, sometimes I wanted her to speak up a little more.

I heard you're a person who voices her opinions and says how she feels. Do you do that in judges' panel on Top Model?
Well, why do you think they hired me? Yeah, I think they decided maybe Top Model had gotten too nice I guess, so they turned to the mega bitch -- me. I say that in jest. But, you know, painfully honest to the point of tactlessness I guess.

Last night, we were treated to the season premiere of America's Next Top Model. Here's a look at that show's summary, along with Project Runway and Big Brother:

America's Next Top Model: The girls arrived at Top Model Prep ready to impress. Upon taking their school ID photos in miniskirted uniforms, they moved on to their first and only class: Runway 101... -- Entertainment Weekly

Project Runway: This was the reunion show before the finale. Kit and Elisa ramble about how happy they are to inspire kids, but Sweet P's favorite part about being on Project Runway is being accosted by celebrities, even when Brad Pitt is around.. -- Cinema Blend

Big Brother: As viewers re-enter the house, it was a whirlwind on the way to what host Julie Chen previewed as the biggest fight in Big Brother history. The houseguests were frustrated with Amanda's gossip...  -- Reality TV Magazine

Thanks to Kristin of E! Online, here's a quick glance at the next season of American's Next Top Model. In response to a question about how good the new cycle of the series looks, Kristin replied:

They've actually already wrapped production on the 10th season. Spies tell me the new season is über-juicy because, according to someone who works on the show, "Let's just say they're casting the girls more for their drama than their looks." Meow!

I've seen those huge billboards and I have to say, I'd love to see who they turned down (Gisele?! Heidi Klum?!). Still, it is more dramatic than ever. In the premiere (mild spoiler alert!), Tyra makes the ladies go to prep school, and in the first round alone there's a screaming match, an almost catfight and a whole slew of haters tryin' to take down a returning player.

Oh, and did I mention one of the wannabes is Muhammad Ali's niece? Also, look for new judge Paulina Porizkova to provide far more bite than meek Miss Twiggy did... As Tyra would say, she's fierce.

FormerAmerica's Next Top Model finalist Jael Strauss has settled her invasion-of-privacy lawsuit against her former talent agent and a photographer she accused of publishing underage nude pictures of her without permission.

The terms of the settlement were not disclosed. However, a court clerk confirmed that no further action was on the docket.

In her suit, filed in July in Los Angeles Superior Court, Strauss claimed that writer-lensman Marc Baptiste took revealing photos of her in 2000, when she was only 16.

He then included two particularly bare shots in his book Beautiful: Nudes by Marc Baptiste without getting approval from the minor's parents.

Phony, pathetic, desperate-for-attention Tyra Banks was hooked up to a lie detector on her talk show earlier this week. It was part of a promo for the new game show, Moment of Truth.

"Now I know that there are some of you out there who question a few things about me.  That's why I've climbed into this hot seat so I can clear some things up once and for all in my own moment of truth," said Banks as she was strapped into the lie detector.

The Moment of Truth host Mark Wahlberg asked the America's Next Top Model creator and lead judge if she thought every winner of the show deserved to take home the title.

"I have gotten out-voted for girls on America's Next Top Model who have gone home," she answered.  "But I have never gotten out-voted when there was a winner.  I have always voted for the winner that won."

LIAR, the machine buzzed!

"What's up with that machine!?  Hindsight is 20/20 y'all!" explained Banks, adding she only questioned her final decision of America's Next Top Model winners after seeing some of the season's exploits during editing.

Do you buy that explanation? Do you like Tyra? 

Before there was Saleisha Stowers, there was CariDee English.

The former winner of America's Next Top Model has taken advantage of her fame to help raise awareness about psoriasis, a skin disease that she's battled and was open about on the show.

Recently, English headed down to Miami to participate in a walk-a-thon about the disease. While there, she talked about her prior experience as a model in the city.

"I used to model in Miami," CariDee said. "I lived here my senior year of high school and worked with Mega Models. They sent me home immediately after they found out I had psoriasis, a hereditary skin disease that I have had for 16 years, that's now under control by medication.

I moved on and eventually ended up being America's Next Top Model, and now I'm the spokeswoman for psoriasis around the world."

As for advice English has for upcoming models?

"Have a strong heart and mind, as this industry will love you and spit you out in a second."
