Joey McIntyre Comments on Joey Fatone, Kym Johnson

As a season one contestant on Dancing with the Stars, Joey McIntyre has experience on the grandest celebrity grooving stage of them all.

Therefore, his opinion carries a bit of weight. Here is his take on the current favorite, Joey Fatone, and his dancing teacher, Kym Johnson:

"Joey's giving it his all. [His partner] Kym Johnson has got a real drive. She could be down and out but you'd never know because she's such a trooper. It's good to see her with a good partner. They're really taking things to the next level [on the show]."

America's Next Top Model Score: Skinny Bitches 6, Fat Chicks 0

WhitneySize does matter.

That's the take of the Los Angeles Times, on America's Next Top Model, which has bid farewell to both plus-sized models on its current cycle.

Tyra Banks and her judgin' cronies decided several weeks ago that Diana, whose heart never seemed fully in the contest, should get whacked.

Last night, Whitney was dismissed after landing in the bottom two three weeks in a row.

It was a tough road for Whitney (pictured, right) - who is stunning in person and extremely charismatic - but her photos never seemed to reveal her full personality and almost always made her look like a Sears catalog reject.

It didn't help that the America's Next Top Model photo shoot fates were stacked against her - last night she was required to pose in a bath towel and high-heeled shoes - a look that's really not flattering for anyone (seriously, try it).

The judges were consistently harsh toward Whitney, with Twiggy in particular, being hugely dismissive, referring to her week after week as a mere "pretty girl," but not a model.

In the end, Whitney pondered if modeling was the right career path for her (um, she goes to Dartmouth - why isn't she wondering if being a Supreme Court Justice is the right career path?) and decided that maybe she would try her hand... at acting.

Because Hollywood, after all, is far, far more accepting of women who don't fit into the elfin mold. Come on. Even the stereotypical rail-thin blonde, The Hills' Heidi Montag, just got a boob job.

A Q & A With The Bachelor, Andy Baldwin

Will You Accept This Man?When the 10th season of ABC's hit reality TV series The Bachelor began last week, America met one of the hottest - and most well-rounded - contestants to date.

Both an officer and a gentleman, 30-year-old Andy Baldwin is a navy diver, a doctor, a tri-athlete, a philanthropist and a family man. Yes. A genuinely decent dude.

It's gross, but Us Weekly caught up with the newest reality TV star for an expanded interview, and you can read it below.

Us: How did you become the next bachelor?

Andy Baldwin: I didn't really try out - it sort of just came to me. One of my friends saw an ad and said I'd be great for the show. I was sitting in my office one day last fall and the phone rang. The producers called and said "We want you to be the next season of The Bachelor on ABC."

I was like "What?!?!" I was recently single and I didn't think it was going to be possible, given my military background. I was skeptical of the type of women they've had on in the past and the type of bachelors. After a bunch of emails and callbacks, I finally mustered up the courage to float the idea past my C.O. (Commanding Officer), who was totally supportive.

Us: What is it you have that perhaps the bachelors before you didn't?

Andy Baldwin: I'm not an Italian prince (like Lorenzo Borghese). I'm not an heir to a large tire company, I don't want to be an actor and I'm not a quarterback. I'm just a guy that grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania with a great family. I'm a Navy diver and doctor serving my country out in Pearl Harbor - a wonderful career I'm committed to. I just haven't met right woman yet.

Ian Ziering to Pose in Playgirl?

Ian Ziering We really hope Sean Stewart nude isn't gonna start a trend.

Are all male reality TV star gonna bare it all in the name of publicity now? We raise the issue because reports are surfacing that Ian Ziering is being offered $100,000 to pose in Playgirl.

Apparently the editors at that publication are impressed with this Dancing with the Stars contestant ... and we're not just talking about his waltz! Rewind 15 years and ask yourself this question, readers:

Who would've thought that the first Beverly Hills, 90210 male star to pose nude would not be Dylan McKay, but Steve Sanders?

Frankly, we're shocked.

Sean Stewart Nude: An Ugly Son of Hollywood

We didn't sign up for this.

Sure, the Sons of Hollywood seemed like a good idea at the time: take a trio of young, rich, brash adults and see what havoc they drudge up on a national TV audience thirsting for some serious unintentional comedy.

But Sean Stewart nude?!?

Fans of the show didn't know that Rod's son would prance around in his birthday suit just to drum up attention for the program. It's not a pretty picture at all.

Future of Laguna Beach Prompts Speculation

Despite three highly-rated seasons, the rise of alumni Lauren Conrad and Kristin Cavallari (among others) as bona fide stars and an intriguing cast of current characters, there has been speculation about the future of Laguna Beach.

There were initial rumors that Season 4 would begin filming in December of 2006, but now it has been reported that MTV cameras have not been seen in the town.

Moreover, on the MySpace page of Breanna Conrad, she mentions how she has not started filming, and that MTV may actually start filming with a new cast if and when there should be a Season 4.

A Season 4 of Laguna Beach has been confirmed by MTV, and is slated to premiere in August 2007. But it is not known whether the cast will be new or whether the producers will keep the most recent cast from Season 3 (pictured below).

Season 3: The Cast

Stay tuned! We sure hope that none of the rumors of Laguna Beach collapse have merit. No offense to Deal or No Deal, but we need our true reality nonsense fix!

Money-Hungry Audience Member Sues Deal or No Deal

Looks like there's more than one way to make money on Deal or No Deal.

Deal or No Deal You can be a contestant, obviously. O you can literally trip over a fortune, as one recent audience member is hoping for. An unidentified female fan is suing Deal or No Deal producers after tripping on her way down to participate in an audience dance number.

According to the suit, the audience member was pressured by show insider to "hurry up." She also blames her fall on poor lighting. (Sure, she was probably blinded by dollar signs.)

The so-called victim suffered what she claims are great personal and physical injuries resulting in wage loss, hospital and medical expense, general damage, loss of earning capacity, and, of course, pain and suffering.

But the case gets even more bizarre: the plaintiff was actually employed as a paid extra. This broadens the claim legally - and could result in further headaches for the crew.

It also makes us wonder: how the heck does one become a paid audience member on a game show? Sign us up for that job, please.

Lauren Conrad Discusses Sex Tape Rumors

On April 5, Lauren Conrad received a shocking phone call.

A friend called to tell her about a report on Perez Hilton dot com claiming Jason Wahler was peddling a tape of them having sex.

"My friend started reading the item to me, and I literally could not breathe," Conrad tells Us Weekly. "I thought she was joking when she started telling me."

Though Perez Hilton says he confirmed the tape's existence with "multiple sources close to Lauren Conrad and Jason Wahler," the star of MTV's The Hills denies it.

"Honestly, they videotape my life five days out of the week," said Conrad, who's still in disbelief over the rumor. "I don't need additional footage, you know?"

There is No Tape

We know.

One thing's for sure. Whomever leaked the information doesn't like The Hills.

Either that, or they have a vendetta against Conrad.

Sources close to LC are pointing fingers at her former BFF and roommate, Heidi Montag, and her boyfriend, Spencer Pratt, who was Conrad's nemesis throughout the second season of The Hills.

The Laguna Beach native notes that Montag, despite their long history, was the one "friend" who didn't reach out to her after news of the alleged sex tape broke.

"This has literally been, like, the worst week ever," she said. "And someone who's supposedly my friend didn't even call or text me."

Nevertheless, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, who moved in together on the season 2 finale, were interviewed by Us Weekly and denied any wrongdoing.

"It's sad someone would make up something like that, and even sadder people think we had anything to do with it," said the slimy, sucky Spencer Pratt.

"I feel horrible for Lauren, but I had nothing to do with spreading that false, disgusting rumor," Heidi said, seconding her lame boyfriend's statement.

Dancing with the Stars Bids Farewell to Leeza Gibbons

While Dancing with the Stars judge Samantha Harris, might have received great news recently (she's pregnant!), the same can't be said for contestant Leeza Gibbons.

The cheery entertainment show host was voted off the competition last night, as viewers didn't feel that she and partner Tony Dovolani stood out among the rest of the movers and shakers.

Leeza and Tony

In defense of Leeza, there's some serious dancing talent this season. Laila Ali is proving that her skills are not confined to a boxing ring, while even Ian Ziering is showcasing steps that producers of Beverly Hills, 90210 probably wish he had demonstrated for them years ago.

Maybe Steve Sanders would've won prom king if he had.

The current favorite, though, must be Joey Fatone. Which we think is bogus. After all, the guy came from a group that was built on dancing! They've gotta chop one of his legs off or something to even the odds.
