He is NOT over the top.
I love him 'cuz he's an awesome singer and rocker boys are the best.(even though I like heavy metal better.Like Slipknot,they rock)

and some of that makeup comes from the makeup artists of course...
but anyways who cares? He is AWESOME, HOTT,
and actually i like his style..so rocker...and it works great with him!
