I saw how upset Jason was but I am not sure I buy it, only becuase he was able to move on so quickly and makeout with Molly on national T.V. If he really cared about Melissa he would saved that coversation for off camera. Plus how could Molly take him back, sure they "love" eachother but why take back a man who broke your heart so bad like that, obviously Molly was his second choice. We all need to take a moment, a breath, and ask our waitperson for a reality check right now. I am not exactly sure what happened behind the scenes of the show (or in that tent, for that matter) but the fact is, when I fell in love back in college, my guy and I had roughly 1/1000th of the resources spent on the courtship, and NONE of the public scrutiny, and way more of the serious sex than these folks appear to have had with each other in that eight-week period. Granted, the group-dating thing is weird, but college presents that experience to those who are open to it. Within a mere three weeks, I knew, despite detours and outright destructive anger at times, that I loved my "bachelor" and after sticking around (for 20 years) he knows that he loves me. If anyone on the outside of these relationships thinks that they can know what's truly going on, they are fools. Love is a puzzle; it's inherently unfair, messy, rude, inappropriate, unforgivable, delicious, scandalous, ritualistic, primal, and riddled with rules that constantly change. For those of us who have love, bravo! For those who do not and are spending time criticizing three people who bravely put it out there for (money and) our viewing pleasure...turn off your computers and go out and meet someone!

The television execs are loving all this banter back and forth...it's ratings baby...good banter or bad banter. They know they have us hooked. The way to get back at them is not to watch the show again. Show the "Bachelor" execs you disagree with how they handled things intentionally or not.
This poor girl (Melissa) was screwed in front of millions of veiwers. How horrible. Hey remember the movie Hope Floats. This is exactly the same tabloid TV. The Bacherlor is no better than a dressed up Jerry Springer episode accept I do beleive the players are real on the Bacherlor.
I feel so sorry for Mellisa because she told the audience and Jason ass-hole up front she had been dumped in her previous relationships and was so scared of it happening again.
Now in saying that, Melissa did go on this show knowing what could happen so I give no sympathy to that move but I am terribly sorry for her that Jason took her this far (ring on hand) and dumped her six short weeks later.
As far as Molly is concerned she should care more about herself than what she showed. She totally is sloppy seconds and she can't realize this which is even worse.
Everyone that watched the final knows that Melissa was sooooo not a mother type at this time in her life. Her interaction with Ty was bad bad bad.
Now I don't believe Jason should just pick Melissa because she was wonderful with Ty but if all that crap Jason spued out his mouth about wanting the best for Ty and they best mother for Ty was true than he shouldn't have picked Molly either. She is very career minded and I really beleive the attraction Jason had for her was sexual.
Oh well, lives ruined, love lost, people miserable....makes for good TV huh???

Everyone that watched the final knows that Molly was sooooo not a mother type at this time in her life. Her interaction with Ty was bad bad bad.
Now I don't believe Jason should just pick Melissa because she was wonderful with Ty but if all that crap Jason spued out his mouth about wanting the best for Ty and the best mother for Ty was true than he shouldn't have picked Molly either. She is very career minded and I really beleive the attraction Jason had for her was sexual.
