Ricki Lake got her start in show business by hosting a talk show.

Therefore, she has experience with insane people and will make an ideal lead in the upcoming series Charm School Gives Back.

This edition of the VH1 franchise will star shameless skanks girls from Rock of Love Bus and Real Chance of Love.

Here's the opening of the network's press releasing, announcing plans for the show:

The third installment of 51 Minds and VH1’s Charm School is going to a whole new level and showing a side of the girls from Rock of Love Bus with Bret Michaels and Real Chance of Love you’ve never seen before…the compassionate side. That’s right, these once love struck reality beauties will now learn self-improvement through selfless acts.

Legendary talk show host, documentary film producer and author Ricki Lake will try to tame the wild ladies by asking them to do…gasp…charity work, in Charm School Gives Back, premiering in Summer 2009.

In a startling turn of events on this week's finale of A Double Shot At Love, Vikki Ikki found true love with mellow surfer boy Trevor.

At least for the next few days.

The busty blonde talked with BuddyTV about what's next for her and her new man:

He just moved to California yesterday, so that's cool. I'm probably moving to LA next month and he's going to be in Hermosa Beach, so we'll be pretty close to each other. I just really want to try and spend as much time with him and Rikki, to try and get that relationship better.

Because, you know it's impossible for me to date somebody that's not getting along with my sister. And I'm sure they will. Rikki just has to, well both of them kind of just have to get over it. And it'll be easy once we get a couple beers in them, to make them get over it.

I'm just really looking forward to us being a fabulous threesome and me and Trevor trying to find Rikki somebody that she can love too. But of course, who is compatible with me and Trevor.

Rikki and Vikki Ikki shared feelings, and tongues, with Trevor...

... but, in the end, he just wanted to be with Vikki.

On last night's episode of The Real(ly Awful) Housewives of Orange County, the ladies took a trip to Vegas.

They set a great example in these ecomonic hard times by checking into a $5,500 a night presidential suite at the Red Rock Las Vegas; it was complete with an eight-person Jacuzzi, full bar and pool table.

Lynne Curtin took advantage of the second amenity listed, as girlfriend got totally crunked before hitting the dance floor. See for yourself:

American Idol is about to meet America's Next Top Model.

A representative for the latter show has confirmed to Us Weekly that Clay Aiken will be featured on the competition's April 8 installment. The former Idol runner-up will work with the aspiring models in an acting challenge.

From there, Aiken will critique the contestants’ performances, along with regular judge and executive producer Tyra Banks, during the panel session when one model is sent home.

America’s Next Top Model’s twelfth cycle premieres February 25.

Also starring in the prodution? Deelishis, who defeated Pollard and won Flavor Flav’s heart - for like 10 whole minutes - on Flavor of Love 2.

Karina Smirnoff, one of our favorite professionals on Dancing with the Stars, says she's feeling "great" after undergoing knee surgery late last week.

"I'm walking around easily, doing my physical therapy. The doc did an amazing job and said that I should be 100 percent by February 10," Smirnoff told E! News on Monday.

Karina Smirnoff will be back to dancing and - gulp! - stretching any day now.

Added Smirnoff's rep:

"She is resting comfortably and is expected to make a full recovery. She's looking forward to the new season of Dancing With the Stars."

So are we. It debuts on March 9!

Close to 150 contestants were rewarded with golden tickets following the initial rounds of American Idol auditions.

Last night, the show began to whittle that figure down to 36.
