The American Idol Top 36: It's Official!

Well, we got most of it right.

Our previously-reported list of American Idol semifinalists nailed almost every one of the top 36. The one major exception?

Joanna Pacitti, whose ties to show executives and 2005 record deal were too much for the series to handle. It disqualified this contestant in favor of Felicia Barton.

Frenchie Photo Shoot: A Series of Angelique Morgan Pics

Michael Vincent is a professional photographer that specializes in taking pictures of scantily-clad women.

For reasons that test one's imagination, Vincent recently took a series of supposedly sexy shots of Angelique Morgan; aka "Frenchie" from I Love Money 2.

Warning: these pics are not safe for work, or for anyone that ate in the last 24 hours. Check them out after this article's jump...

American Idol Photos from Round Three in Hollywood

Can you hear that, American Idol fans?

The show is inching closer and closer to an actual focus on singing. Sorry, untalented, attention-hungry contestants. You had your chance in the audition spotlight.

The official list of top 36 contestants will be announced tonight. We'd be shocked if the following contestants, all of whom impressed judges last night, weren't included on it:

Lil Rounds: Sang “I Ain’t Got You” by Alicia Keys. Weird name, incredible voice, high expecations for this crooner.

Anoop Desai: Rocked out - and we mean rocked out!!! - to "My Prerogative" by Bobby Brown.

Adam Lambert: Was his rendition of Cher's "Believe" too theatrical? Not for us. We like his style.

The City Recap: "Mingling with the Commoners"

Monday night on The City, Whitney Port was far from pleased when Olivia Palermo made them late for boyfriend Jay Lyon's concert - then after booking him another show, proceeded to mock him the whole time. That girl sucks.

Elsewhere, Erin Lucas' painfully boring love life totally got more complicated. Like, 9.5 out of 10 on the scale of relationship awkwardness.

Maksim Chmerkovskiy Speaks on Season Eight of Dancing with the Stars

We're really sorry, Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

The gorgeous Dancing with the Stars professional is stuck with Denise Richards as a partner for season eight of the show.

He seemed upbeat about it during a recent interview with TV Guide, however. A few excerpts from it:

TVGuide.com: How excited are you to be paired with Denise?
Chmerkovskiy: Very. Very. Things are happening up here [in my head], as to what we're going to do for our first dance... . I'm picking up on all the things she's been saying about her flexibility and the Pilates. Most of the things that are difficult for the celebrities are moving their legs and arms in different directions at the same time, to the music.

TVGuide.com: Coordination is important. [Olympic gymnast] Shawn Johnson might have the athleticism and Belinda Carlisle and Lil' Kim may have rhythm, but...
Chmerkovskiy: Lil' Kim is going to be up for a challenge, I think. We'll see. The cast is as diverse as it's ever been. All jokes aside, there are some people that I would probably not want to be paired up with. I lucked out with Denise.

I Love Money 2 Photo Recap: Episode Two

On the most recent episode of I Love Money 2, Leilene said to Buddha: “I gotta be honest with you. I like you.”

To which Saaphyri ruminated: “I’m trying to express to Leilene, this is I Love Money, not I Love Love!”

Such a good point.

For the Love of Ray J Photo Recap: Episode Two

Chardonnay penned Ray J a poem on last night's edition of For the Love of Ray J. It read:

Literally one day for a week’s preparation
To mentally get ready for physical separation
Even though I don’t deserve stress
I’m passionately true
And I’m out here on a limb like a bird’s nest.
I’ve been given a chance and I’m honored to have had your ear
Not to mention I’ve been feeling you for years.
So every other woman that you judging is in opposition
Hands down, ’cause I’m my only competition.

We can't add anything to that. Enjoy a full recap of events from the latest episode via VH1's series blog.

Kelly Killoren Bensimon: Set to Premiere on The Real Housewives of New York City

The Real Housewives of New York City return for a second season on February 17 - and they've added a new spoiled star to their brood.

Kelly Killoren Bensimon debuts this season on the Bravo series.

She recently spoke with Reality TV World about the experience, specifically answering a question about what she brings to the mix.

New Housewife

What do you bring to the show that it might not have had before?
Well first of all I live downtown, so I have that. I'm a single mom, so it's like I'm single, I'm working and I'm very... although I'm successful I'm very relaxed about myself. It's not like I'm super-aggressive about things. I just have a lot of opportunities and I like to maximize them, but never in an aggressive way.

I'm not really a New Yorker in that way. People are always like "Are you from California?" They never think I'm from New York.

So I think that I have a more relaxed approach to everything, but also just the whole downtown [thing]. I mean, I live downtown, so everything that I do is in a different way, not [good or bad], just different. I'm a foil to the other girls, definitely.

The Bachelor Episode Recap: Live

Whose family was great, and which group of people was Jason Mesnick probably very psyched to never have to see again?

Who did not even get to show The Bachelor star her parents because they did not approve of the whole reality TV thing?

Will DeAnna Pappas really, as advertised, return to the show next week and shake things up? That would be quite the twist.

Follow the link for a recap of last night's The Bachelor!
