An Interview with Kelly Killoren Bensimon

Kelly Killoren Bensimon is a model, author, magazine editor, fashion designer and an equestrian.

She's also a single mom with two daughters from a previous marriage. Starting tonight, she becomes an official cast member of The Real Housewives of New York City. The second season of this series airs on Bravo.

Bensimon spoke with E! Online about her experience on the show:

Why are you doing Real Housewives of New York City?
Everybody wants to know that. I thought it was a great opportunity to explore a single working mother who is living and navigating the crazy city of New York.

NYC Housewife

What did your friends have to say when you told them you were the new Housewife?
Some were like, this is a great opportunity and you should go for it. They're like, you have such a crazy vivacious personality the masses are going to love you. But other friends were like, what are you doing? Don't do it. Putting your life on television? It's not like I'm doing anything I'm ashamed of. You know, I'm riding horses and writing articles and hanging out with my kids.

Are we going to see any romance for you on the show?
There is a little romance. There's a smokin'-hot romance.

Jillian Harris Comments on Jason, The Bachelor Elimination

Following three spectacular New Zealand dates on last night's episode of The Bachelor, Jason Mesnick had to narrow the field of three women to two.

In the end, Mesnick elected to eliminate Jillian Harris, a 29-year-old interior designer from Canada. Here's what she had to say to ET about it ...

ET: What was your favorite part of this experience?

Jillian Harris: Before I did the show, I was a little bit worried if I would find my Prince Charming. Being there and feeling those sparks again made me realize that I can have that feeling again. I loved the adventure of it. I loved not being in control for once. I loved traveling. The girls were awesome. Obviously, [Jason Mesnick] treated me like gold. I loved that I was brave enough to take a leap of faith. What do they say? You miss 100 percent of the shots you don't take.

ET: It has to be hard to get to the final three and not win Jason's heart. If asked, would you consider being the next The Bachelorette?

Jillian Harris: Part of me says, "Jill, stop while you are ahead. Now that you have done this and learned a lot about yourself, do it the old-fashioned way."

The old-fashioned way hasn't been working, so the other part of me says, "Jill, just go ahead and do it. You are an adventure seeker. Give it a shot and maybefind him that way." I think I have to sleep on it - and maybe have a glass of wine.

ET: You mentioned that you felt you were too slow in letting Jason know how you felt about him. Is that what you would do over? Do you think it would really make a difference, or do people make a true connection, so it wouldn't change things?

Jillian Harris: Good question. Watching the show now, I think, "Jill, you should have opened up more. Why weren't you more flirty like Melissa?" But a) I am not really like that to begin with, and b) it may have been the connection. Make a decision - whether it was the right or wrong one - and I for sure think I will stay in touch with him. Whoever he chooses, hopefully we will have barbecues and hang out.

DeAnna Pappas Speaks on The Bachelor

With her "shocking" return to The Bachelor just two weeks away, DeAnna Pappas spoke about why she rejected Jason Mesnick in favor of Jesse Csincsak on The Bachelorette last summer - then later dumped Csincsak.

"I believe we all make mistakes in our lives and learn from them ... it came down to two different people. Jason, who has it all together has everything a woman would want. And then there's Jesse, who kind of was a wild card," DeAnna told Extra.

"I felt like the wild card was going to work out. Someone to keep me on my toes. Eventually, it wasn't what I was attracted to anymore," she added.

Both Jason Mesnick and Jesse Csincsak attempted to propose to DeAnna Pappas during July's broadcast of The Bachelorette's fourth-season finale.

DeAnna Pappas rejected Mesnick before he could, then presented Jesse Csincsak (above) with the final rose. After months of wavering over a wedding location, Pappas announced in November she had broken up with Csincsak.

As for her reunion in New Zealand with Mesnick on The Bachelor, Pappas called it positive experience - for her and hopefully Bachelor viewers as well.

"I believe that it's going to resolve some issues for myself and possibly some viewers," she said.

For the Love of Ray J Photo Recap: Episode Three

On the third episode of For the Love of Ray J, former In Living Color star Tommy Davidson stopped by.

Yes, his career has fallen this far.

The unfunny comedian hosted "Foxy Feud," as the contestants had to show off their knowledge about Ray J, such as ranking the places he most likes to get busy (an airplane narrowly edged out a limo for the top spot).

Bravo to Create Gossip Girl-Esque Reality Show

Bravo is apparently in production on a real-life Gossip Girl - a reality TV series centering on private-school kids in New York City, according to numerous reports.

Comparisons have already been drawn to reality shows about wealthy high school kids like Laguna Beach (which spawned an even bigger hit spinoff in The Hills).

MTV, which produced Laguna Beach and is filming Season 5 of The Hills, tried making an East Coast counterpart a few years ago, but it never got off the ground.

Would you watch a real-life Gossip Girl reality TV show?

The series is scheduled to premiere later this year and will be following the same production style as the webisodes that Bravo ran of the children of The Real Housewives of Orange County. No single school will be featured exclusively.

If the Bravo version gets past pre-production, expect to learn a whole slew of semi-celebrity names like Lauren Conrad, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.

Samantha Harris Hypes Dancing with the Stars Favorite

Nary an ass has been shaken on season eight of Dancing with the Stars, but host Samantha Harris has her eye on the early favorite.

Look for Olympic gold-medal gymnast Shawn Johnson to emerge as an early contender when the new season premieres on March 9, Harris says.

Scorching Samantha

After all, just look at the track records of past Olympians on the show, as figure skater Kristi Yamaguchi and speed skater Apolo Anton Ohno each were crowned champion.

"As we saw with Kristi, that Olympian mentality translates very well to the competitive sport of ballroom dance.... I'm sure Shawn will be a front-runner, but I'm sure the judges will also be very hard on her right out of the gate," Harris said Friday during New York Fashion Week.
