MTV has released the first trailer for the fifth (and quite possibly final) season of The Hills. No premiere date has been officially announced, but it is expected back on the air shortly after The City ends its first season March 16.

From what we can gather from the clips below, it seems like a major theme of this season is bringing the show full circle - meaning Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag may finally make up, ending their bitter, ratings-driven feud.

Also, Spencer Pratt flirts with a waitress, incurs Heidi's wrath, and starts pounding the face of the dude who ratted him out. Seriously!

Last night on The City, Whitney Port and her model gal pal Allie confronted their respective, possibly-cheating boyfriends after a trip to Miami.

Adam Senn and Jay Lyon (losers pictured below) did the cheating... maybe. It is implied, but never stated. And they deny it repeatedly. So we aren't sure.

As viewers, we are left in exactly the same suspicious, yet not entirely convinced limbo as Whitney and Allie. Which is probably the point.

It wasn't the worst episode ever, despite the fact that Allie seems determined NOT to hear the truth regarding her moron, spray-tanned beau.

To be honest, last night's recap episode of The Bachelor was so useless, we can't believe it was two hours long, or even aired at all for that matter.

Milking the show for all it's worth, we suppose.

The vanquished women were in attendance and Jason Mesnick was on the hot seat, though much of the show was painfully boring or commercials.

The most memorable moment came when Jillian Harris called Jason out on saying his first kiss with Melissa Rycroft was unlike any he'd experienced in a long time. He had just kissed Jillian one day before, of course. Snap!

Casting for the 13th season - sorry, 13th cycle - of America's Next Top Model is underway.

Here's the long and (mostly) short of it:

In a complete turnaround from the casting requirements of its first 12 cycles, the reality competition is requiring contestants to be 5'7" or under. Tell us why, self-serving host Tyra Banks:

"There have been top supermodels in the past that weren't as tall as the industry demands, like fashion icon Kate Moss. So we are changing up Top Model for cycle 13 and making it a year for the shorter model!"

In addition to the height requirement, those interested in applying for the series must be between the ages of 18 and 27; and be of "diverse backgrounds, shapes and sizes," according to The CW.

On last night's new installment of I Love Money 2, the contestants engaged in an ass-kissing contest. Literally!

The Entertainer was not excited about this challenge, complaining: "I have seen 20 Pack give me a couple of eyes around the house, so I think he might enjoy this just a little bit more than I’m going."

While we still hate you for dating Julianne Hough, at least your presence on season eight of Dancing with the Stars has brought this beauty back to our living room.

Hough initially said she would sit out a season of the show, but she has updated her MySpace celebrity blog to explain why she has come back.

“It was a last minute deal. I was set on taking this season off and then last minute the show asked me to do it because they had asked Chuck to do it and they thought it would be cool if we danced together," the gorgeous professional wrote.

“At first I still said no because I wanted to focus on my music,” she added, “BUT then I thought about it for a day and figured this out. I can still write, go on tour and work on Julianne Hough the country singer because Chuck will be my partner and that will be a huge luxury.”

On second thought, Danger is not knocked up with Ray J's love child.

The For the Love of Ray J star initially claimed she was pregnant, and the only possible father could be Kim Kardashian's former sex tape partner. Now?

Danger has updated her MySpace blog with a simple post that first tackles her naked pics and then simply says: "No, I am not pregnant."

Sorry. Our bad, apparently.

Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt are done with Hugh Hefner.

We don't envy Lacey Schwimmer.

The Dancing with the Stars professional is teamed with former Jackass creator Steve-O on season eight of the ABC reality competition.

She recently spoke to People Magazine about this unusual, often-bare chested partner.

His is Steve-O?
Steve-O is a workhorse. He is here everyday, five hours. He says, “Is five hours enough, Lacey? Do you think I need more than that?” So he’s just such a hard worker and we’re in very intense rehearsals everyday.

What do you think are your chances?
I think he’s this little dark horse of the competition. People don’t really know what to expect from him … I keep getting these messages on Myspace or on Facebook and they’re like, ‘Oh, man, you and Steve-O. I’m so sorry.’ I look at them and think they have no idea about this guy.
