The Style Network has green-lighted Ruby a second season.
The series, which depicts Ruby Gettinger and her battle to lose weight, was easily Style’s most successful show last season; it averaged nearly 400,000 viewers per new episode, more than doubling its primetime average.
“Ruby has inspired a passionate fan base that is deeply devoted to her and we are incredibly excited to bring back the series for another season,” said Salaam Coleman Smith, President, The Style Network, announcing the renewal. “The response from our audience both on-air and online has been overwhelming and viewers have been motivated by Ruby to make changes in their own lives.”

I think the show and support is important for Ruby to loose the weight. Her spirit is wonderful and your ratings are great so the show must go on. She is definitely inspiring others to know there is hope and we can do it.

Are you kiddiing I TOTALLY LOVE RUBY she is awesome. Watching her show incourages me not just with my weight and exercise but with other areas in my life. Thank you Ruby keep up the good work so that I can follow.

Ruby is totally awesome ! She is so sweet and fun. I love her Yorkies too !! Good Luck to Ruby. I can't wait until her show returns with new episodes.

I hope this shows continues until Ruby is down to 150 lbs. I can't wait to see her reaction when she steps on the scale and it says 150. That will be totally awesome!

I was really worried there wouldn't be another season, I was addicted to that show. It's probably the most inspiring show on TV, can't wait for Season 2!

My family and I watch Ruby, this is an excellent show!!!! I love her upbeat personality and devotion to her friends. Keep up the good work and make everyday a new.

I am so happy they are bringing ruby back, I adore her spirit...best reality show by far!
