Though he may not have found the love of his life with his final rose recipient, Jessica Bowlin in 2004 (and no Bachelor star has, actually, done so before or since) Palmer has no regrets.

“I’m really excited and happy that I did it,” Palmer said. “It was a once in a lifetime opportunity, so looking back I have great memories and met a lot of good people on The Bachelor."

A Glimpse at Kara DioGuardi

It's safe to say Kara DioGuardi won't be another Paula Abdul.

If you're wondering what this songwriter will bring to the American Idol judging table next year, here's a look at how fiery she got during an episode of The One: Making of a Music Star...

Joshua Allen: Tragedy Almost Ended So You Think You Can Dance Dream

Two days before Joshua Allen was scheduled to leave for the So You Think You Can Dance top 20, his young 13-year-old cousin, Danny, was shot and killed during an altercation over an iPod.

When a local news report aired the story, footage was actually shown of Allen's aunt crying over his cousin’s body. Understandably, this incident almost prevented the eventual champion from continuning on the show.

"I wasn’t going to go on the show," Allen recently told The Star Telegram, a local newspaper in Forth Worth, Texas. "I told my mom, 'I just can’t, I just can’t’.”

Joshua Allen Wins!

However, the finalist's family convinced him that Danny would have wanted him to go on with his life. From there, Allen headed to Los Angeles and set out to win the competition. He accomplished that goal of course, and is grateful for the experience.

"So You Think You Can Dance has opened so many doors for me," he said, adding that he hopes to open a dance studio in the future. "I hope to go to bigger and better things."

The Krazy Konnections of Kim Kardashian

Despite a painful foot injury, Kim Kardashian will be a contestant on this season of Dancing with the Stars.

Some critics may be wondering how this came to be. After all, the show aims to capture the family demographic - another contestant this season is Hannah Montana co-star Cody Linley - and, well, Kardashian rose to fame because she starred in a sex tape alongside Ray J.

Our Reality TV Scoop spies have researched Kim's connections on the show, and we've determined the pattern of events that led to such a surprising selection.

See, Kardashian is partnering with Mark Ballas... who dated Sabrina Bryan... who is in The Cheetah Girls with Adrienne Bailon... who is dating Kim's brother, Rob. Just take a look at the tree below. It will be easier...

"Privileged" Gets a Visit From Lauren Conrad

She's all about reality TV, but occasionally will appear on non-reality shows. As long as she plays herself, that is.

The Hills star Lauren Conrad is filming a guest spot on Privileged this week, according to celebrity news reports.

We Love LC

The 22-year-old will play Lauren Conrad and attend a bash thrown by the CW series two central characters, twins Rose (Lucy Kate Hale) and Sage (Ashley Newbrough), that gets, like, out of control.

The episode will air October 7. Our only complaint is that other stars from The Hills were not invited. No Spencer Pratt cameos? Come on, CW. Surely there's room for an extra in there somehwere.

Joe Francis to Join Celebrity Apprentice

Kara DioGuardi is Tough, Nurturing

On his radio show this morning, Ryan Seacrest met new American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi for the first time.

When the show's host asked the new star how she compared to fellow judge Paula Abdul, Kara replied:

"I'm definitely a little harder," she said, not making a very bold statement. "I can be pretty tough at times, and nurturing when I have to be. It really depends on the contestant."

DioGuardi went on to discuss her co-production efforts with Kelly Clarkson and other past American Idol finalists, while saying it's hard for her not to be honest at all times. Sounds like a solid addition to the show to us.
