I personally believe that this is some sort of publicity stunt. At first I came to that conclusion because Isis is not in my oppinion, or in the oppinion of others that I have dicscussed this with an attractive person. Truely I have met way better looking tranys in my life. However I can accept that it is only my oppinion and my ideals of physically beauty are simply different from what Isis has to offer.
The second reason and what made me giggle was the way the pannel acted after Tyra told them that Isis was actually male. I don't for a minute believe that they all did not pick up that she was a he.
As for the argument of is she a he or is he a she blah blah blah... Dude, you are male or female by definition regardless of how you truely feel. If you were born with the equipment to have babies then by definition you are female and if you were born with the equipment to fertalize eggs you are defined as being male. In this scenario it is not that complicated! Isis was born a boy and for the duration of his life he will never have a uterus or ovaries, he will remain male. Though I do give it up to him for pursuing to be the person that he wants to be...
When it comes to the competetion though I don't feel she really has a place in it and I don't feel that she should have beaten out all the girls that had gotten sent home to give her a spot who for the majority were way better looking... to get down to the nitty gritty - Isis has no hips, ugly legs, big feet and hands, barely a chest, her arms not toned just thin and her bone structure is that of a man.

I never post to things like this, but more and more is happening in the world that I can’t just ignore without comment: Shame on you, hippyhater, and all those in your camp. That behavior will not get you very far in this life and the life to come. You have a portion of the truth, but without love you make truth look disgusting...and completely miss the point in the process.
To the rest of Isis supporters...it is commendable that you can find acceptance and tenderness in the grey area's in this world. But unfortunately, you have missed the point entirely, too, because you have a semblance of love without truth. If you had true love for Isis, you would continue to support but realize the sadness of his confusion. Yes, "his". Isis is and was and always will be created in the image of our Creator--the Living God. To truly love Isis is to encourage his acceptance of who our Creator made him to be. He is so far from that now, because society has abused and degraded him and then half the people turned around and decided to selfishly exalt him like some kind of trophy. People don't understand him, but God does not make mistakes. Isis does not know this, but his dreams are not in alignment with God's hopes and dreams for him. If you had the mind of Christ, this would make you sad to tears. Your actions, your thoughts and choices actually matter and have eternal consequences. Isis matters to God! He is not some trophy or example to be put on display for the world to either spit on or adore. He has had a traumatic life, probably been degraded and picked on mercilessly his whole life. Now you think “she” is taking a stand and realizing “her” dreams? It is a complete cover for the internal turmoil that everyone is going through, especially Isis. Isis’ passions to model, act, design—those are all beautiful, God-given talents. Now, his true potential will be distorted because society wants to prove something and affirm his transgendered behavior. Society also has lauded some doctors and scientists who will publish anything on a whim--un-supported or just a hypothesis--so long as it suits them. It is not scientifically proven or even plausible that Isis was born a female in a male’s body. But we’re going to sadly see more and more children grow up and think this of themselves because they are not valued for who they really are. This life isn't IT, folks, so all of you wake up and think about Who and What you're serving! Truth? Love? Justice? Equality? Despite what you think, you are not really serving these things, because you only have a partial taste of what true love, true justice and equality really is. You know the famous line...Are you "open-minded" enough to really handle the truth? I tell you, that you CAN handle the truth, if you will look for it past 2 days. There is a voice in the world that has you convinced you are open-minded and loving but this is only in part. One can only realize one's true potential and dreams after one has realized that we have all turned away from truth, spitted on God's goodness and called the world's only perfect one, who literally(and THAT is historical a fact supported by science) surrendered himself to the death penalty for you. Even though he committed no crime. And we called him and continue to call this man, Jesus, an evil man, or a phony, or irrelevant, or whatever. Or maybe you say you do love Jesus? That's a whole 'nuther...essay. We have all done this and must come to terms with it. Stop for a moment. Stop formulating your response and give pause for 60 seconds. Pray and ask God that he reveal Himself to you. That’s all I ask. If you seek the truth, you will find it. I am sad that ignorant people will encourage Isis to pursue the very path he should continue to question and think very carefully about. But I will pray that my God will bless all of you with truth and love and understanding. Sorry for the essay, I guess I had more to say than I thought.

You know what --- Remember when it was hip to have a lesbian on prime time TV and then gay men --- now it's hip to have a tranny. Puffy's show "I wanna work for Diddy" (or something like that) had a tranny contestant recently that just got kicked off, and Dirty Sexy money has the beautiful Candace Cayne. So, I do think it is a bit of a publicity thing for Isis to be cast on Next Top Model , the ratings have been slumping the last few seasons HOWEVER I don't think this is so far fetched because there are working transgendered runway models as well as transgendered make up artists and fashion stylists. Look at Miss Jay for instance --- I mean come on ... Miss Jay has tranny written all over him and they've never really addressed it on the show. Maybe now Miss Jay will feel comfortable coming out. I hope Isis does really well in this competition. And I look forward to more and more transgendered people on TV.

Just because I like being thrown to the lions every now and then... America's Next Top Model is what the "disgrace" is here to women and society. Why are people attracted to "reality" shows that degrade humanity for profit!? Isis is a woman and I have no qualms about her choice to changer her birth sex to the sex that suits her natural gender. Remember, gender is in the mind, not the body. The issue I have is why is part of being a woman a need to exploit your own body!? Why does being feminine equate with finding value in your physical appearance and not your intellect and personal capabilities?
Though I don't know... I don't watch tv... I mean ZERO television in my house, not even basic cable is available on my television. So maybe I'm missing out on something truly amazing that would teach me something gloriously insightful about the world around me...
