Let's say you receive word that a really good friend of yours died. You walk into a room for privacy ... to griever or to reflect, perhaps.
Or, if you're Josh Flagg, host of Bravo's Million Dollar Listing, you get on the horn to score the listing on the dead guy's home ASAP.
Flagg, the punk who was just busted for allegedly stealing paintings from the estates he was selling, is seen - in first episode of season two - in the home of Hollywood publicist Jay Bernstein, who passed away.
That's when Josh did what he does best ... operate with no soul.
Flagg and friend Jason "Gummi Bear" Davis (that they're pals should tell you all you need to know about Flagg right there) even discussed faking their own deaths just to see who would show up to the funerals.
We wouldn't expect an overflow crowd, dudes.
Follow the jump for a screen shot from Josh's website. What a douche.

I think that it is insane to think that we are so perfect that if we had a chand to make some cash on the legs of our family that we would not take it. What good is having family if they do not help each other. He loves his grandmother very much and that is very objious. Likewise, she loves and helps him in his life. Don't take that from them!!! The people that
Josh works with want him to help them make money, move on, or simply get rid of thing they no longer want. If he chose not to help someone else would. This is called networking and he is doing a damn good job at this. I think that others are jealous they do not have the access to these resources; if they did I bet you thay would have used them. Lets look at Chad, he takes a family friend into the colony and rapes her because she has money. She trusted him to help her attain a house he knew she was in love with, and knowing this convinced her to purchase a home for nearly $7,000,000. He did not think to start with a reasonable offer, which the owners would have taken, no doubt. He went for it he gutted her while making her think he cared.... Like Josh he saw a window and created a door. However, in Josh's case, he (josh) does what he does because he loves a challenge... he does not need the money. Others do and are out to get whatever they can at any cost. Josh the thief??? Think if a person wanted to still a $1,000,000 pice of art, he would not post compramising pictures of himself with said stolen art work. So befor we decide to judge and point fingers at people for having family wealth, and great connections, think!!!!!! What are you truly in RAGE about???!!!
Out for now, Derrick
