Former star of The Bachelor Andy Baldwin and Dancing With the Stars' Karina Smirnoff hooked up at the Palazzo hotel in Las Vegas this weekend.

"Andy and Karina were together by the pool all day Saturday," an eyewitness tells Us Weekly. "They were very affectionate."

"He was very affectionate with her. He was touching her feet as she was laying on her chaise lounge. He made sure he was always touching her."

The new couple also watched a fight at MGM and hit Tao Saturday night.

Andy Baldwin, 31, split with Marla Maples in May. Karina Smirnoff, 30, meanwhile, broke up with Mario Lopez back in June.

When asked about his new fling Monday night, Andy Baldwin said:

"Karina is an outstanding dancer and a very sweet girl but that's about it."

The first episode of New York Goes to Hollywood is online, and it’s got to be seen to be believed. Okay, not really. We've seen many of the highlights (lowlights?) of the great Tiffany Pollard on reality TV already.

But the new stuff is great. We just checked it out and were amused to see our girl New York angrily search for assistants, hit the gym (we use the term loosely) and audition to a crowd of Hollywood big-wigs.

It would seem that New York is completely out of her element. Which may be the entire point of the new reality TV series, come to think of it.

The Big Brother nominations Sunday night - Jessie and Angie - were, to say the least, a little bit surprising and frustrating to some.

Jessie Godderz? Fine, put him up and hope he seals his own fate. But Angie, though? Come on, Keesha. Angie and Keesha should be alliance members but, somehow, Keesha blames Angie for Steven's departure.

This, even after Libra admitted she wanted Steven gone. Keesha hated Libra, no? At the very least, Libra is annoying and is willing to scream in an old guy's face. So, what the heck was Keesha thinking? 

Again, Jessie Godderz is asking for it. But there is absolutely no reason Angie should be nominated, many viewers are griping.

None, yet she's the favorite to go home on Thursday (the Big Brother live eviction has been moved from Wednesday, FYI). Or is she?

Although a happy ending wasn't to be for Ambre Lake and Bret Michaels, she doesn't feel discouraged in her quest to find love once again.

She'd even consider doing another reality TV show.

“Reality TV gets such a bad rap. It changed my life forever and for the better. I'll never be the same. The wonderful thing about being in this reality world is that it allowed me to focus on me and focus on what I want in a man. Would I use this again to find love? This week on I Love Money, the teams came to a realization, or so we thought  - that the best strategy may be to make alliances with the other side, throw a challenge, and get someone you both hate voted off.

To that end, 12 Pack convinced Brandi C., Megan Hauserman, Destiney and Mr. Boston to lose so that, as team captain, 12 Pack can eliminate Whiteboy.

However, following  a series of dramatic shifts in alliances, Mr. Boston was thrown under the bus and found himself ousted by 12 Pack. Snap!

DISSED AND DISMISSED: Mr. Boston's days of loving lots of money will surely continue, but no longer on the reality TV phenomenon.

As you've probably observed, Big Brother 10 is off to some incredibly solid alliances that look to be sticking rather quickly.

The "Alliance of 8" responsible for Brian's eviction is now two four-person teams, with Dan, Jerry and Renny trying to dodge the crossfire.

In fact, Jerry seems to be an afterthought in all of this, someone they will probably keep around simply because he causes no real threat.

As the episode begins, Memphis is worried about being a target in the Big Brother 10 house and Dan continues his strategy of laying low.

However, with Keesha being named Big Brother 10 Head of Household this week, the focus moves immediately to Angie as a target.

This season's finale of The Next Food Network Star came down to three finalists: Aaron McCargo, Jr., Lisa Garza and Adam Gertler.

Each was paired with veteran producer Gordon Elliott and asked to create a four-and-a-half minute pilot for their proposed show.

Eliott showed why he is such a successful producer for the network, getting down to the core of who the finalists are on camera.

He helped define their pitch and directed them throughout. The fact that they all cranked out solid pilots is a testment to his skills.

Ultimately, each pilot really showed the strengths of the participants. And that probably was the reason why Lisa Garza didn't win.

Her show was informative and nicely paced. But she still has this edge to her personality that is unsettling to watch.

In the end, only Aaron McCargo possessed the whole package and proved worthy of winning the culinary competition.
