Cybill Shepherd Won't Be Dancing With the Stars

First, Terrell Owens reportedly turned down a chance to go Dancing With the Stars.

Now, actress Cybill Shepherd has said she didn't accept the show's invitation to appear next season.

"She's not going to do it," Shepherd's publicist, Heidi Schaeffer, said. "This isn't the first time they've asked her. She's been approached a few times. She does love to dance, but I think the rigor of all of that involves a lot and she's been working steadily and enjoying being available."

Ding! Ding! The Real Housewives of Orange County vs. The Real Housewives of New York City

East Coast socialites battled West Coast socialites backstage during the Wednesday taping of the Bravo A-List Awards. The casts of The Real Housewives of Orange County and New York City almost came to blows over the script the awful, spoiled women were supposed to read during the awards ceremony.

According to New York cast member Bethenny Frankel, the argument began when Orange Country Housewife Jeana Tomasina didn't like the script that was given to the Housewives to read from on stage.

"They [The O.C. Housewives] said in our material that my apartment is a two-by-four, and it's actually a one-by-two, and so I can take it, I don't care," Frankel told People Magazine. "But they're offended that I'm saying something about them living 65 miles from the beach.

Jeana said, ‘I don't think that's funny.'"

From that odd exchange, relations between the ladies apparently got even more chilly. Read about the catfight now.

An Interview with Amanda Lorber

Amanda Lorber is the 17-year-old star of The Paper. The young reality TV star will be headed to New York University in the fall.

She recently spoke to Just Jared about a variety of topics:

Since you're graduating, how will you be spending the next few weeks?
I'm going to be spending as much time with friends as possible. I'm leaving for the summer! I'm going to be a camp counselor in North Carolina at a place called Blue Star.

You went to the Barack Obama rally in Sunrise, Florida last week. How was that?
It went well. I'm still trying to figure out what I'm gonna do, come, time to vote. I don't know for sure who I'm going to vote for, but it will be a Democratic candidate. (Editor's note: This interview was conducted before Barack became the Democratic Presidential Nominee.)

Jo De La Rosa Reality Show Set to Premiere

Looks like the singing career of Jo De La Rosa never exactly took off. Why else would this former Real Housewife of Orange Country star in yet another reality show, this one alongside her ex-fiance?

Indeed, Bravo has announced Date My Ex: Jo & Slade, a new series focusing on De La Rosa as she looks for love in Los Angeles with the aid of her former flame and current manager, Slade Smiley. It will premiere Monday, July 21.

"No one knows Jo better than me, which means that no one probably has more influence over her," said Smiley, not sounding at all frightening.

Jo De La Rosa can't stay away from reality TV.

Following the bachelors' dates with De La Rosa, Smiley will ask the suitors various questions and express his opinions on which ones he feels are the most suitable for his ex-girlfriend.

"It's weird having your ex help you out dating, and quite frankly I'm a little scared. For the guys," De La Rosa said.

This desperate ploy to remain relevant may be one of the lamest ideas for a reality show we've ever heard of. But don't worry, Denise Richards, your crappy reality show still takes the embarrassing cake.

Karina Smirnoff and Mario Lopex Break Up. For Real.

A couple weeks about saying their relationship is in great shape, denying rumors of a split, Mario Lopez and Karina Smirnoff have called it quits.

"He's a great guy. I think the world of him, but I think we're both concentrating on our careers right now," she told The New York Post.

Lirnoff

Smirnoff met the actor on the third season of Dancing with the Stars. We wonder if she's now dating a different Mario, her partner on the most reason season of that show.

Jeff Probst Points to Problems on Survivor: Gabon

The 18th season of Survivor, taking place in Gabon, isn't going swimmingly at the moment.

Host Jeff Probst recently said a crane has fallen over and a cargo hold containing about $100,000 worth of food had gone missing. Oops!

Probst said the Survivor: Gabon crew was also having an issue with something that was already present: wildlife.

"We have a danger problem with animals that we're trying to figure out how to handle," he said. "There's so much truly wild life out there, we're not sure what to do. We don't want the animals around for a safety reasons, but we'd love to have a hippo sneak in every so often. I just got a call from our executive producer that we've got hippo tracks at base camp."

Survivor: Gabon will be filmed in high-definition and is slated to premiere in the fall.

Reality TV Recaps: So You Think You Can Dance, Farmer Wants a Wife

Here's a recap of a pair of reality shows from last night. In one, contestants think they can dance; in the other, contestants think they can milk a cow out of love...

So You Think You Can Dance: The first profile of the evening was of roommates, Katee Shean and Natalie Reid, who planned to audition and, hopefully, both make the trip to Vegas together.  Katee was first up and had a flawless audition which got her the ticket to Vegas she wanted from judges Nigel, Mary and Mia Michaels... -- Reality TV Magazine

Farmer Wants a Wife: Last night, Matt played a drinking game with the girls that quickly turned crass, and the contestants battled each other in a bake-off... -- BuddyTV
