Cheryl Burke is Chillin

In between seasons of Dancing with the Stars, Cheryl Burke is taking a break. A long, well-deserved break.

"I'm flying back and forth to San Francisco a lot," she said when asked about hiatus plans, "and also trying to take a vacation. I haven't taken a vacation in three years, because normally we go on tour [in the summer]. I have the time, and the sun, to just chill and relax and spend time in my dance studio."

Why is Burke spending time in Northern California? Because her dance studio opened there on April 4 and it's already seeing a big turn out.

"It's going great," she told TV Guide. "We just had 250 little kids come by wanting to learn how to dance so we're really excited."

The Bachelorette Recap: Guys Can't Take Heat!

On the fourth episode of The Bachelorette last night, we learned three things:

  1. DeAnna Pappas is really cute no matter what the activity is, but anything that involves a bikini or sports is a guaranteed hit
  2. This guy Graham has some kind of nerve
  3. Most dudes don't talk about feelings

In the end, three more dudes were not chosen by DeAnna Pappas after careful deliberation. Who packed their bags and who remains in the final six?

DeAnna

DeAnna's fourth episode full of dates featured a shocking two-on-one date, a lot of dudes freaking out and failing to open up about feelings, and even some chicken fights in the pool. Hey, sometimes you gotta, right?

Scream Queens are Coming to VH1

VH1 is looking for actresses who wanna scream.

The network has approved Scream Queens, a series that will gather 10 unknown actresses to compete for a "major" role in a horror movie from Lionsgate Films. The contestants will compete in challenges and be schooled by acting coach John Homa.

They'll be too late for Saw V. But perhaps the winner can star in Saw VIII. You know it's coming.

"Horror films have dominated the pop culture landscape for decades and along the way have produced some of the biggest names in Hollywood," said Jeff Olde, VH1's executive vp original programming and production.

The series, consisting of eight hourlong episodes, is set to premiere in the fall.

Pamela Anderson: Reality Show is a Documentary

Perhaps we shouldn't be posting this story on Pamela Anderson in our Reality TV News section.

After all, the busty actress insists that Pam: Girl on the Loose - the new series debuting August 3 on E! - is NOT a rellity show.

"Everybody has asked me to do a reality [show] since reality was invented. I think I was one of the first targets," she told Entertainment Weekly. "That's why I call it a documentary. I think reality is its own niche. This is taking what's popular and making it my own."

The former Baywatch (and sex tape) star added that she's not  "a reality fan. I just don't think humiliation is funny.

Despite referring to her series as a documentary, Anderson describes it in a way that makes it sound like your basic trash-tastic reality program.

"You'll see my adventures, my boobs, my friends, my butt - plain old domesticity," said Anderson. "It's not just all smoke and mirrors. It's nitty-gritty, too. I'm surprised at how revealing it is."

For someone who showed it all on her sex tape with Tommy Lee, that says a lot!

We've now received word that American Idol champion David Cook will be singing the national anthem for the crucial third contest in the series.

Our Favorite Cook

In previous years, Cook's predecessors Kelly Clarkson, Ruben Studdard, Carrie Underwood, Taylor Hicks, and Jordin Sparks have all taken the microphone for a rendition of this song during the NBA Finals. Oh, and one more thing:

Lauren Conrad & Stephanie Pratt: BFFs

Lauren Conrad and new BFF Stephanie Pratt - sans new beau Brett Novek - head to The Grove for some coffee and shopping in Los Angeles.

Apparently there's some tension on The Hills with Audrina Patridge and Lauren Conrad no longer on speaking terms!

Audrina reportedly hasn't even been staying in Lauren Conrad's guest house recently. LC has taken up with Stephanie Pratt instead.

"She hasn't officially moved out yet, but she stays with different people. It's grown so bad between them she doesn't want to be there," an insider told Page Six. "If your star starts to burn brighter than Lauren's, there's going to be trouble."

Landon Brown: I Did Lindsay Lohan in the Bathroom

Landon Brown did not win Rock the Cradle.

According to a recent account, though, the son of Bobby Brown did rock the bathroom... with Lindsay Lohan!

The aspiring singer said he had a one-night with the actress when she seduced him in a West Hollywood nightclub bathroom two years ago.

"Me and Lindsay got really, really close. She followed me to the bathroom during a private party, and, well, we basically got together," Brown said. "I think she knew who I was when she first saw me. We were just staring at each other and she walked by. I walked into the bathroom and she followed me in."

Brown added that the two dated briefly before parting ways; he's eager for a reunion.

"It didn't end badly, but it did end weird. I'm actually trying to get back in touch with her - really soon."

We bet you are, Landon.
