Matt Grant Proposes to Shayne Lamas: The Video

You all know what happened, but that doesn't mean you can't relive it a second time. Below is a video of Matt Grant and Shayne Dahl Lamas getting engaged on The Bachelor. You may cry, cheer, or vomit at will.

The Hills: A Glimpse at Season Four

Season Three just ended, but here's a look at what we can expect in the next season of The Hills, courtesy of TV Guide:

Boys and Relationships:
For Season 4, expect more, more, more. Lo and Lauren throw a big party in their new pad and invite boys galore. The ever-single Stephanie feasts her eyes on, well, everyone, and Lauren may have a new beau in tow. And as for Audrina and Justin Bobby? They're definitely back on, but as for how hot things will get, Audrina would only say, "[Justin has] always been there for me, and he still is."

Drama and Frenemies:
Don't hold your breath for a Lauren-Heidi relationship thaw. Despite Heidi's ostensible good-will appearance at Goa, Lauren says she "will probably not" reconcile with Heidi. Ever. And as for the growing tension among Audrina, Lauren and Lo, it's just a part of growing up. Audrina says she knows her new focus on her career has meant that she's not around as much for Lauren. Add Justin to the picture, and you've got a recipe for friendship dissolution.

Reality TV Recaps: Hell's Kitchen, A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila

Food and drink dominated the reality TV airways last night, as viewers were treated to new episodes of Hell's Kitchen and A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila. Here's what went down on each...

Hell's Kitchen: The reward for the red team is a day at the spa. This probably sounded a lot better when the team was all women. Not that men don't like manicures and pedicures and mud masks, but we do wonder what the reward would have been if the men had won... -- TV Squad

A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila: Tila Tequila leaves a bowl of questions in the living room that everyone must answer honestly. Bo would sleep with Tila in front of the entire nation. One question is about gay marriage, and Chad vehemently opposes it, citing that people would take advantage of it and get married just to get their friends' benefits... -- BuddyTV

Marissa Jaret Winokur Eliminated from Dancing with the Stars

Marissa Jaret Winokur and Tony Dovolani had an impressive, unexpected run on Dancing with the Stars.

But it finally came to an end last night, as the dup was voted out before next week's final.

"No one expected us to get this far," Jaret Winokur told host Samantha Harris. "I didn't expect us to get this far. Tony didn't expect me to get this far…This has been such an incredible, incredible experience."

Despite posting the lowest scores among the remaining dancers, Jaret Winokur and Dovolani continued to advance in the competition, shocking  viewers last week by edging out Mario and Karina for a spot in the semifinals.

Jaret Winokur teared up last night, but still encouraged her fans:

"I want everyone to go out and do something fun and do something that makes you feel sexy and shake what your momma gave you!"

Next week's finals will feature Kristi Yamaguchi and Mark Ballas; Jason Taylor and Edyta Sliwinska; and Cristian de la Fuente and Cheryl Burke. Who do you think will win?

David Cooks Up Winning Night on American Idol

While it may have been difficult to keep track of all the performances on American Idol last night - the three remaining contestants sang three songs each, good for a total of nine - it wasn't difficult to determine our favorite of the evening:

David Cook chose Aerosmith's "I Don't Wanna Miss a Thing" and ended the night on a very high note. We hope he's still standing tall after next week's final.

Here's a video of Cook from last night:

Was Cook your favorite of the night? What did you think of David Archuleta and Syesha Mercado?

Sarah VonderHaar Releases Debut Album

Sarah VonderHaarSarah VonderHaar was a contestant on cycle eight of America's Next Top Model. Now, she's a budding solo artist.

The former hopeful model recently released her solo debut album.

"I've been writing songs since I was 12," Sarah told the Shaumberg Review, a local newspaper in her home state of Illinois. "You know how you get the guitar in a boxed set with a little amp and a book? I learned a few chords and would sing along and play my guitar, really poorly."

The name of Sarah's album is "Are You Listening Now" and the title track was written about her father, who died of a drug overdose.

"He started doing drugs when I was about 14 and died when I was 17," she said. "It took me four years to get ready to write that song, and when I finally did, I wrote it in 20 minutes."

The former reality TV star still lives with her parents and holds down a job at a local Pizza Hut. She also refuses to call music her day job.

"I never consider music a job," she said. "I love creating something from nothing."

Parvati Shallow Speaks on Survivor Victory

Parvati Shallow spoke to Reality TV World after her victory on Survivor: Micronesia was announced Sunday night. Here are excerpts from the interview:

Reality TV World: Why were you so surprised to beat Amanda?

Parvati: It just didn't feel real to me. Everything was just happening so fast. I couldn't believe it was actually happening finally. It was just surreal.

Reality TV World: So did you think you had a chance heading into that final Tribal Council? I talked to Cirie today and she said everybody thought you were the most beatable when it came to the jury vote.

Parvati: Everyone did think I was the most beatable because I made so many people angry. I thought though that I did have a chance because I knew how I was going to position my arguments in the final Tribal Council. I knew I was going to have to go with, "Hey, you need to stand your ground. I made the moves that I made and not going to apologize for them. It's outwit, outplay outlast. That's the name of the game." That's what I did.
