Kristi Yamaguchi Wins Dancing with the Stars

Kristi Yamaguchi was considered the Dancing with the Stars favorite before she took a step on step. A Gold Medal-winning ice skater, everyone figured, would have superior footwork to any actor or singer in the competition.

And it was apparent from the start that this was the case - but Kristi and partner Mark Ballas did still work hard on their way to the trophy. Which they received last night.

In an expected result, following perfect scores across the board on her final dances Monday evening, Kristi was named Dancing with the Stars champion over runner-up Jason Taylor. Here's a look at the announcement:

The Bachelorette Clip: Goodbye, Greg

On last night's premiere of The Bachelorette, DeAnna Pappas said goodbye to Greg.

Bill Bellamy Comments on New Season of Last Comic Standing

Bill Bellamy, host of Last Comic Standing, recently spoke to The Winnipeg Sun about the new season of the show, which premieres Thursday.

Specifically, the comedian remarked on the differences and similarities of having contestants from all over the world compete against one another.

"I feel like I'm the point guard of the show," he said.  "I'm giving the ball to everyone who's performing and hopefully setting the room up in a way where they can go out and do a good job. It's not my job to show up other comedians.

"Ultimately, it's the fans who decide what's funny, anyway. It doesn't matter what I think. Comedy is subjective.  Certain jokes that I might think are hilarious, the crowd might be going, 'Whatever,' so it can go both ways."

Overall, the veteran funny man stressed that the audience's reaction is still the main barometer that makes or breaks a comedian.

"The crowd's response is everything for a comedian," Bellamy said.  "If the crowd goes wild, every comic I know feels on fire inside."

Sharon Osbourne to Host Rock of Love Girls: Charm School

This is the best piece of reality TV news since we heard about I Love Money.

Sharon Osbourne has been tapped to host Rock Love Girls: Charm School, which is a spin-off of both Flavor of Love Girls: Charm School and Rock of Love. In case you somehow forgot, Saaphyri won the former series, while Ambre Love conquered all on the latter.

Breakout stars from both seasons of Rock of Love will come together under one roof to learn and grow in areas of etiquette, fashion, manners, and moderation. From Sharon Osbourne. Naturally.

Here's the press release about the show from VH1:

As Headmistress of "Charm School," Sharon will attempt to strip the girls of their former rebellious and wild ways. And with some help from experts, hopefully transform the girls into fully rockin' ladies.

The contestants will focus on one lesson a week followed by a demanding test. Whoever doesn't measure up to the challenges of "Charm School" will be expelled. In the end, the last one standing will be rewarded with $100,000 to put towards her new and improved life.

There's no mention of it yet, but Daisy de la Hoya has to be involved in this show, right? Right?!?!

Lacey Schwimmer Recalls Favorite Dance

With So You Think You Can Dance returning this Thursday night, past champion Lacey Schwimmer was recently asked about her favorite performance on the show.

Here's her reply:

I'd have to say the very first routine I ever did. The contemporary routine where my legs split like POP! The other reason why I would say that is because it was the first number. It's the first thing I remember being on that show.

And you know, I would perform it any day, any time, whatever. I miss it a lot. It's one of my favorites. It's beautiful.

Here's the dance in question:

Spencer and Heidi Take in Baseball Game

Ah, our national pastime. Baseball, not The Hills.

Why not combine the two, right? So it goes for Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, who took in a game at Los Angeles' Dodger Stadium last night...

Spencer and Heidi: Dodgers

As one might expect, The Hills villains were dressed for the occasion, mugging for cameras, sporting L.A. Dodgers baseball uniforms and caps as they posed for pictures and celebrating fame the team's win over the Reds.

The Bachelorette Episode Guide: Live, Hot

On the fourth season premiere of The Bachelorette last night, DeAnna Pappas met 25 men who came from all over the U.S. just to meet her.

First, she addressed her past, when she had her heart broken by Season 11 Bachelor, Brad Womack. She then arrived to meet the man of her dreams.

Hopefully.

A DeAnna Pappas Picture

Will she be the next Trista Sutter, or will things end in heartbreak for DeAnna Pappas as they have for, well, every Bachelor star?

We'll see. The journey starts here in our episode guide ...

Thing 2 Crowned Winner of Flavor of Love 3

When it cames to this season's Flavor of Love winner, it actually was a thing. Thing 2, to be exact.

Flavor Flav chose the contestant with the weird name over Black on last night's finale. As the rapper was deciding between finalists, he said:

"I just want to say that it really comes down to the question of connections versus chemistry... Black, I look at you, my heart and my chest be jumping. It jumps, it jumps, you know what I'm saying. That heart that's in my chest that be jumping, as much as I love you Black, but it belongs to Thing 2.

I just want to say you're a great girl, Black. The connection I've got with Thing 2 is a little stronger. So, Black, sorry your time is up."

Thing 2

After kissing Flavor Flav in victory, Thing 2 added:

"This is more than I ever imagined. The words can't even explain the ball of emotion, excitement. I got my man. We ain't coming back for a season four. It's a wrap."

And not a moment too soon, people.

Dancing with the Stars Finale Results

One of the final three couples will be eliminated from Dancing with the Stars tonight - and, despite the impressive physique seen below, we're guessing it will be Jason Taylor and partner Edyta Sliwinska.

That tandem scored the lowest last night, combining on a Cha Cha and Freestyle for 51 points. As for season six favorite Kristi Yamaguchi? She fared a tad better. As in, nine points better. As in, two perfect scores.

Julianne Hough is Rooting for Kristi Yamaguchi

Sorry, Jason Taylor and Cristian de la Fuente. You may have a legion of fans, but Julianne Hough isn't one of them.

"I'm really rooting for Kristi Yamaguchi," Hough told Entertainment Tonight when asked who her favorite remaining contestant on Dancing with the Stars was. "I think she's phenomenal and that she deserves to win.  She just has the most consistency throughout the whole show."

Meanwhile, since her elimination on the show, Hough has been busy promoting her self-titled debut album, which will be released tomorrow.

"I'm so excited.  I can't wait for everybody to hear it," the beauty said.  "Everybody knows me as a dancer and doesn't really know that I've gone through so many experiences in my life, even though I'm 19.  So with those experiences come great songs -- and passion and emotion through the songs.  It's going to be a whole new side that people get to see of me."
