Despite the episode of drama on The Hills Monday, Heidi Montag smiled and shopped with co-star and boyfriend Spencer Pratt in Manhattan this week.

The gruesome twosome popped by Barney's New York and scooped up four pairs of Christian Louboutin heels... presumably for Heidi Montag. Check it out ...

With his ailing brother looking on from the front row, David Cook turned Mariah Carey night into a personal celebration last night. Perhaps even a coronation.

After delivering an incredible version of "Always Be My Baby," Cook soaked up the cheers, which included a rare standing ovation from Randy Jackson. As Ryan Seacrest then pointed out, the talented finalist had tears in his eyes - and who could blame him?

David's brother, Adam, was in attendance for the first time all season. Adam is currently undergoing treatment for brain cancer.

During a commercial break, David walked down to hug his brother in his seat. All three judges did the same.

"His brother came to town a few days ago, and he's not in the best of shape and you can tell it's affecting David and everything," says dancer Lacey Schwimmer, of So You Think You Can Dance, who has stepped out with David recently. "But I think it's a good thing that he's here because it shows that his brother is still supporting him."

Our thoughts, prayers - and congratulations on an amazing performance - go out to the Cook family.

Despite a few missteps early on, Marissa Jaret Winokur keeps chugging along, much to the delight of fans.

The former Broadway star has even dubbed herself the "little engine that could," but she recently admitted to People Magazine that a different nickname might be more apt.

"Actually, it was the ‘little booty that could', it really was!" Winokur said of last night's rocking rump. "I shook it as much as I could, and I have a lot to shake, but that's just what God gave me."

Not that the Dancing with the Stars star is complaining: "I am thanking God for my booty... and my man thanks God for my Booty, too!"

No sir, the newest Project Runway champion and Arizona Sen. John McCain don't see eye to eye on this critical issue. Or probably anything else.

Christian Siriano apparently dissed The Hills stars and its stars / budding fashion designers, Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port (Heidi Montag also has a clothing line), at the TAO Beach Season Two Grand Opening in Las Vegas on April 12.

Apparently their fashion lines aren't FIERCE enough for him!

Christian Siriano recently told Life & Style: "It's sad that if I didn't win Project Runway, I probably wouldn't have the sponsors I have now. I would have never been able to do what they have done because they all have disposable income, and yet their work still isn't that great! I mean, it's fun and flirty and young, but they're not innovators. None of them will ever be an innovative designer. Buyers and editors are looking for longevity, and hopefully they will see that in me."

Well, maybe that's true. But did he watch last night's new episode of The Hills? There was some crazy drama at the fashion show for Lauren and Whitney!

We have great news for the six people who actually watched the entire season of That's Amore: Domenico Nesc is still dating the winner of that MTV reality show, Megan Mirilovich (pictured).

She recently confirmed as much on her official Facebook page: "Thank you guys. We are still together… I'm in L.A. with him right now."

So, there you have it. We wonder if Ambre Lake will be able to say the same thing about herself and Bret Michaels in a few hours weeks.

The good folks at TV Squad sat down with Jonathon Roberts after last night's show.

The partner of Monica Seles during season six - until they got booted off, of course - had the following to say about the most recent edition of Dancing With the Stars:

TV Squad: I guess we'll start with favorite performance of the night. For me, I thought it was Kristi & Mark again.
Jonathon Roberts: Tonight was interesting for me. I wasn't actually blown away by anyone. Last week there were several. I think Jason, Kristi, and Shannon really were impressive for me. And tonight I thought there were several good numbers, but nobody blew me out of the water.

With Kristi, her leg extensions were great, her movement was great, but maybe because it was a slower dance, Kristi didn't blow me out of the water. After what she did in the pasa doble last week, that was a professional quality routine. It was absolutely incredible. And for me, even though the rumba is the romantic dance of love and a little softer, it didn't make be go wow. It was a good number, but it wasn't as amazing as last week's number.

Former Laguna Beach hottie Kristin Cavallari (with pal Hilary Duff) was in the house at Aura Nightclub's first anniversary at Atlantis in the Bahamas Saturday night. 

Sad she won't be joining The Hills, but there's always a place for you right here on Reality TV Scoop, Kristin. Just keep being hot and don't be a stranger, y'hear?

Now that Rock of Love 2 has wrapped up, winner Ambre Lake can finally speak out about dating Bret Michaels. Here are excerpts from a recent chat with VH1:

How has it been spending five months away from Bret? Do feelings change?
Absolutely not. We talked about that at great length. He told me, "Listen, we can't see each other. I'm not even supposed to call you. You need to know what you're up against." I told him that I knew what I signed up for. I'm a strong, confident woman. I'm not needy. Was it hard? Of course. But I feel like it was well worth it.

So you're every bit as in love with Bret as you were in Cancun?
Absolutely.

Did you speak with him during the time between the filming and the reunion?
He got in touch with me several times, and we saw each other. We spent time together and we talked about it, but it was good. I needed to see him. It was nice.

Where are you in your relationship now?
I'm dating Bret. I'm not disillusioned. I don't think we're going to run off and get married. We're dating and we're going to see how this dating process holds, because we were in Cancun, we were on these challenges, I was fighting for love. Now it's time to see how this works in the real world.
