Mario Lopez Has Respect for Other Mario

While celebrity gossip tabloids try to drum up a story that involves romance between Karina Smirnoff and her partner, Karin's boyfriend Mario Lopez and the singer Mario each got on the phone during the Ryan Seacrest radio show today to shoot down this talk.

The singer, who's been steaming up the ballroom with Smirnoff while denying rumors anything more, had plenty of kind words for the former Saved By the Bell star.

"We kicked it a few times. Mario's a cool guy," he said. "We have similar interests. I like boxing and he likes boxing."

In return, the actor said he liked Mario and respects the singer's dance floor determination.

"The dances are all characters and telling a story," he told Seacrest while Mario was on the line. "I'm really proud of him. He's a great guy. Really respectful."

As for the odds of Smirnoff and Mario winning Dancing with the Stars this Season? Lopez is confident.

"They're going all the way," he said.

A Pumkin Picture Tribute

Ah, Pumkin.

Just writing the strange nickname of Brooke Thompson brings back great memories of the Flavor of Love and Flavor of Love Girls: Charm School contestant who stood up to Tiffany Pollard in a battle for Flav Flav's heart.

In the end, each lost. Or maybe they actually won.

Either way, here's a photo tribute to the reality TV star known as Pumkin:

Meet the Farmer Wants a Wife Bachelor, Cast

Just when you thought you'd seen all the possible reality dating shows, along comes Farmer Wants a Wife. The title of the series is father self-explanatory:

Matt Neustadt, a Missouri farmer, serves as the Matt Grant of the show, hoping to find true love from an assortment of desperate women.

Neustadt will whittle down the 10 women who are sick of city-slickers and want to try their hand at love with a country boy via a series of farm-themed challenges -- such as driving a tractor and taking care of livestock -- as well as through group activities and dates.

"I am a third-generation farmer on land owned by family members and myself," said Neustadt. "The farm has been in my family since the late 1940s."

Matt Neustadt, Possible Wives

Will Matt Neustadt find true love on Farmer Wants a Wife? We'd never thought we'd ask that question.

The 10 women competing for Neustadt's heart on Farmer Wants a Wife (which premiers on April 30 on The CW) are:

- Amanda, a 21-year-old Northwestern University student from Poughkeepsie, NY who currently resides in Chicago, IL

- Ashley, a 27-year-old Chicago Marriott Downtown senior catering sales manager from Wells Beach, ME and Chagrin Falls, OH who currently resides in Chicago, IL

DeAnna Pappas, The Bachelorette to Debut May 19

ABC unveiled its summer schedule this week, and reality TV shows are not scarce by any means. One of the most anticipated? The Bachelorette, which stars the lovely DeAnna Pappas, and kicks off Monday, May 19 at 9 p.m.

Back in February, ABC hosted a search to find a group of intelligent, good looking, charismatic, and single men for DeAnna Pappas to choose from.

In total, The Bachelorette hit 10 different states looking for different men to make up the cast, and also accepted video submissions from dudes.

Brad Womack, DeAnna Pappas

DeAnna Pappas' heart was broken by Brad Womack on a devastating season finale of The Bachelor. Millions of Americans watched as that ass clown Brad acted like he was going to propose, then got cold feet at the last instant. Ouch!!

In a special that aired afterwards, DeAnna's heartache was plain as day, but she stated that she was a strong person who would be able to move on.

Move on she has.

Hopefully, she'll find that special someone that she has been searching for when she meets 25 hot bachelors who all came on the show just to meet her. OMG!

This should be good. We're so excited to see DeAnna Pappas back on TV.

In other reality TV dating news, there's a new show coming out called The Farmer Wants a Wife. Yes, we're serious. Thank goodness for DeAnna.

Let's find out what happened on each!

British Version of The Hills Begins Casting

Here's your chance to become the British version of Lauren Conrad, Whitney Port, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt - MTV UK has begun casting a new version of The Hills that will air across the Atlantic Ocean later this year!

MTV UK applicants between 18-21 years old who love being in front of the camera and are followers of fashion, art and (of course) partying / clubbing.

Lauren Conrad, Heidi Montag Pictures

Are you the next (British) Lauren or Heidi?

Of course, wannabe reality TV celebrities should also have "striking looks"  (see Laguna Beach) and an "aspirational lifestyle." Whatever that means.
What do you think? Which character on The Hills are you most like?

On Dancing With the Stars, The Gutte Gets Got

On HBO's critically acclaimed series, The Wire, Omar would often say that a killed off character "got got."

Well, fortunately, Steve Guttenberg is alive and well. But he got got on Dancing with the Stars last night. Translation: the actor was voted off the show by viewers.

Guttenberg and partner Anna Trebunskaya earned just a 21 for their performance from the night before. But the fun-loving Police Academy star was gracious in being ousted, saying: "I've had such a good time here; it's made me a better person."

Opening Night

A pair of other highlights from the Dancing with the Stars results show last night:

• Kylie Minogue's rare, fantastic performance. The Aussie beauty â€" in a blonde bob, red micromini and inches of heels â€" delighted fans with her hit "Can't Get You Out of My Head."
• Derek Hough made quick recovery. The professional, who was rushed to the hospital earlier in the day with a strained neck, stood by his partner Shannon Elizabeth's side throughout the night.
