Julianne Hough to Sing Indy 500 National Anthem
Julianne Hough, the gorgeous two-time winner of Dancing with the Stars, will sing the national anthem at this year's Indianapolis 500.
Hough, of course, won last season's competition with Helio Castroneves - and he just happens to be a two-time Indy 500 winning driver. She also plans to sing a few songs from her debut country album, which will be released May 20.
"I've never been to the race, and it will give me a chance to cheer on my friend and dancing partner, Helio Castroneves," Hough said.
The Indianapolis 500 is scheduled for May 25.

I was very sad to see that someone was chosen for the honor of singing our nation's anthem and appeared so disrespectfully attired. The opportunity of singing the anthem is not about the talents and physical attributes of the singer but the glory of our country and our war heroes. The tears in my eyes were for not only for the beauty of her rendition but for sadness that she chose such undress. Sincerely, Joyce S Pickens
