Brooke White and Kristy Lee Cook are Pissed

Take a look at Brooke White and Kristy Lee Cook in the photo below.

What could be making these American Idol finalists so angry? Actually, it’s just a new promotional video for the show.

We’re not sure what the premise of the spot is, but we’re guessing viewers will find out this week. For now, we’re just gonna leave Brooke and Kristy alone…

Carri Perrier Describes Rejection on The Bachelor

Carri Perrier is unsure why she was axed by The Bachelor star Matt Grant during last week’s episode - but added it doesn’t really matter if he’s sincere or not.

“[Why I didn't receive a rose] is hard to tell,” she said. “I hope that his intentions are true for coming on this show to find true love. We’re never really certain why we’re attracted or not attracted to certain people. I’m glad that if I wasn’t what he’s looking for that he’s pursuing stronger relationships with the other girls.”

The 25-year-old church marketing representative from Oklahoma City was one of three bachelorettes who failed to receive a rose from the 27-year-old international banker during last week’s The Bachelor: London Calling.

Carri Perrier

While she’s a self-described “optimist” who “believes in love at first sight,” Carri Perrier said she didn’t get much one-on-one time with Matt Grant.

“I didn’t [spend a lot of one-on-one time with Matt Grant]. In fact I really didn’t get any one-on-one time with him until [prior to] the Rose Ceremony when I was eliminated,” she said of her short-lived stint on The Bachelor. “I don’t think that was a plus or minus - I think it was just the way it happened.”

Carri Perrier doesn’t fault Matt Grant for the lack of attention he paid her, but thinks there might have been a stronger connection if he had.

“Looking back and obviously finding out more about him through the press releases than I really got to find out while I was there, I think we have a lot of things in common,” she said. “Both coming from large families and being the baby, those kinds of things definitely would lend themselves to being able to develop a strong relationship. But in the end it comes down to spending time with that person and understanding who they are and what they have to offer. We didn’t get that opportunity [together], and I don’t blame him for that at all.”

Audrina Patridge is a Pussycat Doll … For a Night

The attached photo pretty much speaks for itself. Audrina Patridge was in Vegas over the weekend, appearing with and introducing the famed Pussycat Dolls.

Sadly, or perhaps for the best, Audrina Patridge will be sticking to The Hills, and will not be making any guest spots on Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious.

American Idol Look-alike: David Cook, Chace Crawford

We already know that David Cook can sing, but did you also know the American Idol contestant can act?

Oh, wait, that’s Chace Crawford (below, left), isn’t it? Forgive us for confusing the Idol finalist with the Gossip Girl star, but you can see why it’s easy to make such a mistake, can’t you?

Seriously, Paula Abdul Wants to Go with Dancing with the Stars

Paula Abdul PictureAs insane as Paula Abdul is, you’d think she’d comprehend the reasons why she can’t exactly appear on Dancing with the Stars. In case you’re reading, Paula, those would be:

  1. You’re on a reality show on a competing network, something called American Idol;
  2. You’re a professional dancer!

Nevertheless, Dancing with the Stars host Tom Bergeron appeared as a guest on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM radio show last week and said he spoke with Abdul in the hallway at CBS’ Television City, where both Idol and Dancing tape. She’s serious about her desire to dance.

“This very attractive young woman came up to me and said she’d really like to be part of Season 7,” said Bergeron.

“[Abdul] said, ‘I have no ballroom training - obviously, I’ve been a choreographer - but I have no ballroom training and I’d love to be part of [Dancing with the Stars].’ And I said, ‘What about Fox? Won’t they be…’ and she said, ‘No, no. I can do this. I can do this.’ I said, ‘Paula, if you believe that, then I’ve got your back!’”

So do we! The more Paula Abdul on television, the better, we say!

Reality TV Recaps: Big Brother, That’s Amore, Rock of Love

If ever there were an evening for trashy reality TV, it would be Sunday night. What better way to begin your week, right? Let’s see what went down on the following three shows:

Big Brother: As usual, the Sunday night episode opened with several minutes of commentary on last week’s events to help remind viewers of what had happened. In a few words, Chelsia was evicted and Natalie won Head Of Household – there’s the first ten minutes… — Reality TV Magazine

That’s Amore: This is the penultimate episode of That’s Amore, thank God. It’s kind of amazing, and a commentary on MTV’s lack of faith in this show, that 14 women can get eliminated in just six episodes… — Buddy TV

Rock of Love: They arrive in Vegas without incident and are no sooner in their suite then Jessica and Destiny are delivered golf outfits for their date with Brett. Surprisingly, Jessica apparently played on her high school golf team, so she’s excited about the outing… — Zap2It

Tyra Banks is Fiercee

Having shot down rumors that she’s leaving her own show, Tyra Banks gives good face at Friday’s First Annual Fiercee Awards. Yes, that’s Fiercee spelled wrong.

The New York event pays homage to past contestants on her show, America’s Next Top Model. It does not imply a celebrity endorsement from Christian Siriano.

Tyra Banks: Happy, doing her thing and staying on America’s Next Top Model.

Lauren Conrad: From Runway to Retail

Aspiring fashion designer Lauren Conrad was hands-on Friday, launching her newest collection with an event at Toronto’s Holt Renfrew department store…

Whitney Port Talks About Life, Fashion, The Hills

The Hills’ Whitney Port has lived a quieter public life than her BFF Lauren Conrad, but it doesn’t mean she hasn’t been along for the crazy ride.

Chris Yandek of TheSportsInterview.com was lucky enough to interview Whitney Port last week. Below are some excerpts from his interview …

Q: How has The Hills changed your day-to-day life?

Whitney Port: “Just in terms of careers. I never thought I would be doing something with television. It changes just in the fact that you walk outside and watch your step and not trust too willingly. Other than that I have stayed true to myself, kept my old friends, and the whole good deal.”

Q: You definitely have kept your personal and private life off camera. What was the main reason?

Whitney Port: “The main reason is just those things like dating, family, and friends are just so valuable to me and I didn’t want to put any strain on any of the relationships and you can see how the cameras around people can make people a little bit loopy. I didn’t want to bring that into my life.”

Q: Maybe the fact is you just wanted to show who you were professionally and be a good role model for young girls watching you on television?

Whitney Port: “Definitely, definitely, very good way of putting it.”

Q: Season four is going to start with your and Lauren Conrad’s trip to Paris for Teen Vogue. What should the fans expect?

Whitney Port: “The fans should just expect us working our little butts off in Paris. There is a special event that we are able to work at and we had to have a couple nights of fun, but other than that we just work really…really hard. You get to see the glamorous lifestyle of all these Parisian debutantes. It’s pretty fun.”

Q: What are we going to see from you this season?

Whitney Port: “New job opportunities. Other than that we’ve filmed, but I haven’t seen the season. I am not sure what they are going to show.”
