As if we weren't excited enough for the new cast of Dancing with the Stars, none other than Vivica A. Fox says this season of the hit show will be "hot."

"I am very excited about the new cast and they got a lot of chocolate in the house!" the actress said said. "You have young and old and a little bit of chocolate from the fellas!"

So, does the former contestant have any advice for likes of Steve Guttenberg, Priscilla Presley and others?

"Stretch!" she said. "Do the work but more importantly make sure you stretch. The 6 hours a day will literally kick your ass!"

Paulina Porizkova, a new judge on America's Next Top Model, recently spoke with our friends at Buddy TV. Here are excerpts from the interview:

Did you feel any pressure stepping in for Twiggy? She's so popular with the fans of the show.
Really? See, I had no idea. If you had told me that before I probably would have had a lot more pressure. No, I didn't pay any attention. I watch the show because I think it's great fun, and I really liked it. But no, I didn't think anything of it actually.

If anything I thought, "God, she's such a lady, she's such a nice, nice woman." She's ridiculously nice. I thought, you know, sometimes I wanted her to speak up a little more.

I heard you're a person who voices her opinions and says how she feels. Do you do that in judges' panel on Top Model?
Well, why do you think they hired me? Yeah, I think they decided maybe Top Model had gotten too nice I guess, so they turned to the mega bitch -- me. I say that in jest. But, you know, painfully honest to the point of tactlessness I guess.

Mike O'Hearn - Titan from the new version of American Gladiators - will appear on Days of Our Lives.

Look for O'Hearn to show up on the March 14 episode of this NBC soap opera. He'll play a role in the relationship between Kate (Lauren Koslow) and Chelsea (Rachel Melvin).

Last night, reality TV viewers were treated to a series of skanks doing what they do best: chasing love and dancing. Here are recaps of Flavor of Love and Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious.

Flavor of Love: As this episode begins, Prancer is bugged about Ice being on the radio. The ladies get dolled up for their next challenge, though Myammee is late because of her extensive beauty regimen. They're split into two teams, each one getting $1,000 to design a restaurant. -- Buddy TV

Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious: After the requisite recap of last week's shenanigans, we jump right in as the 12 finalists move into the loft. The girls giggle and scream and freak-out as they run around looking at everything. At one point, Natalie's confessional has her stating that she has an advantage over all the other girls because she feels she's attractive, can sing, can dance, etc. -- Zap2It

On March 2, Domenico Nesci embarks on his own quest for true love when MTV's new dating reality series, That's Amore, debuts.

With the premiere less than a week away, several events promoting the show have already been set in motion. For example, one took place Saturday at Club Oragin in Long Island.

The party was hosted by Dominique himself, along with one of the women hoping to win Nesci's heart, and Vanessa, the feisty A Shot at Love alum who had a nasty cat fight with fellow contestant Brandi.

Another shindig in honor of That's Amore is scheduled to take place on Friday, March 14, two weeks after the show's premiere.  According to Nesci's Official MySpace, the party will be held at the Jet Mirage Nightclub in Las Vegas, Nevada.

When The Bachelor finishes each dramatic season, only one thing is certain: the final couple has a long way to go.

More often than not, the long road ends in heartbreak.

While updates are often found on the bachelors themselves after the glow of the show has faded, the same cannot be said for the women.

ABC has this decided to shine a light on the forgotten women, giving Matt Grant a glimpse of what his turn as The Bachelor may result in.

  Andy Baldwin and Tessa Horst dated for a few months at least.

On March 10, ABC will air a special, The Bachelor: Where Are They Now? Host Chris Harrison will visit some of the past bachelors and competitors.

In addition to rekindling some couples' heartbreak, the special will visit one couple to come out of the series, Trista and Ryan Sutter.

Fans of last season's The Bachelor are also in luck as both DeAnna Pappas and Jenni Croft - spurned by Brad Womack - will offer updates.

DeAnna Pappas will star on The Bachelorette for ABC this summer.

This weekend, Saturday Night Live ran a skit that mocked Rock of Love and Bret Michael's search for a soulmate. The show's two main targets? Peyton and Daisy.

The pair of reality show contestants have now responded to the mockery, with Peyton (pictured) defending the implication that Michaels wasn't attracted to her:

OK...even Saturday Night Live spoofed me regarding the ‘unattractiveness'. Dudes! Bret and I had a total attraction to one another. The scene of me in his room and us talking...well, alot was left out and I knew how he felt about me and he thought I was hot and cool and the total package....but they didn't show that...editing, editing, editing.

However, we did not have the love chemistry necessary to take it to another level. But, hey, at least we found out and we will be friends forever...I hope.

We all hope, Peyton.

Meanwhile, Daisy shared the following thoughts about being spoofed on Saturday Night Live:

So They Did This Funny Spoof Of The Show On SNL... It Was Great... Even Though I Cried A Little Because They Made Fun Of Me.. I Still Laughed... You Have To Laugh At Your Self Sometimes!! And I will be The first To Admit That Sometimes Im Ridiculous... But Hey Im just me!! 

The top 10 American Idol men perform tonight. Here's a look at the final 20 contestants overall. Let us know: who is your favorite?

Row 1: Michael Johns, Danny Noriega, David Archuleta, Jason Castro, Luke Menard.
Row 2: Robbie Carrico, David Hernandez, Jason Yeager, Chikezie Eze, David Cook.

As far as the men go, many viewers believe Johns to be the favorite. And it's hard to argue with the awesomeness of this Aussie.

But keep an eye on Noriega (pictured below). American Idol fans love goofy contestants, remember. Or need we bring up the name Sanjaya Malakar again?

Hey, remember when Paris Hilton claimed she was a changed woman following her stint in jail? Guess that change didn't include an aversion to reality TV.

Us Weekly is reporting that the useless socialite is actually set to star in another reality series. And you won't believe - or maybe you will - its premise:

"The show is going to be about her searching for a new best friend," said a source. "Paris is tired of the haters and she's looking for someone new. She's looking for someone new and cool who she can trust. The new show is going to be full of good chick drama..."

Former best friends Nicole Richie and Kim Kardashian have no comment.

Paris Hilton has no friends.

Sweet P may not have made it to the finals of this year's Project Runway, but that doesn't mean she's entirely unqualified to judge the fashion choices of celebrities.

The reality TV star - and hopeful designer - blogged about last night's Oscars for MTV. Here's some of what she had to say:

- 6:15PM: Heidi Klum in a great-fitting RED Galliano gown. of course she is stunning but I do not like the big collar thing it looks as if Galliano was inspired by Christian & Chris' Avante Garde look. A bit too Cruella de Ville. She still looks gorgeous though. I do like that her dress will be auctioned off and benefit a charity.

- 6:30PM: Jason Bateman and George Clooney. I love both of theses men. So so handsome. I think they are wearing the same out fit. A black suit Or is this a Tux. ( I am not a men's Fashion Expert. ) White shirt and back bow-tie. They both have the perfect accessory. A clean-shaven handsome face.

6:45PM: Amy Ryan. Simple off-shoulder navy dress. Fit is perfect and the one shoulder is very NOW. Simply Elegant.
