The third season of the hit MTV reality show The Hills is coming to a close December 10, but reports say Lauren Conrad and cohorts will be back for a fourth!
Will this be the season Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag finally bury the hatchet? Will Heidi and Spencer get married? Will Heidi even return?
We will have to wait and see.
"I have some friends on [the show], some friends off," Lauren Conrad told In Touch, while confirming that a fourth season of The Hills is upcoming.

This is great news. We are so glad The Hills is coming back. There is only so much we can say about a pregnant Tiffany Pollard, much as we love New York.
