Survivor bid farewell to WWE Diva Ashley Massaro this week. But Reality TV World caught up with the beauty following her exit. Here are highlights from the interview:

 How did you end up being cast for Survivor: China?
Ashley: It was basically a joint decision because I work for WWE. I needed to do some arm-wrenching to go because that meant I was going to be off the air with them for a long time. But it all worked out great and they let me go.

What was the reaction of some of your fellow wrestlers?
Ashley: Well they didn’t know I was going to be on Survivor until I got back (laughing). They were surprised. I got lots of phone calls and everybody was excited. They were like, “How’s your ankle going to be?” This and that… asking all these questions. Worried.

Had you watched a lot of Survivor before going on the show?
Ashley: Yeah, I watched Season 1 of course. I mean everyone and their friend watched Season 1 (laughing). I watched Pearl Islands. That’s the one with Jonny Fairplay right?

Yup.
Ashley: I like that one… a couple of other ones. I definitely brushed up on it before I left.

That leads well into my next question. How did you prepare yourself both physically and mentally prior to leaving for the competition?
Ashley: Well… I definitely tried to do some training outside. You know what was funny? I went outside and I sat in the rain. I’m not even joking you. Just one day for like 10 minutes to see what it felt like. And I’m like, “This is probably not going to be the case. But I just wanted to feel like every element. It might rain a few times.”

Stayin’ Alive: Those vintage John Travolta pelvic thrusts? “Those moves came together at the very end,” supermodel Albert Reed told People following the show. “In the last couple of rehearsals I said, ‘Hey, I want to slick the hair back, you know?’ We’ve got to add some spice to it.”

And all that shaking and shimmying paid off: Reed and partner Anna Trebunskaya’s performance left judge Carrie Ann Inaba speechless for the first time in Dancing with the Stars history. “That was kind of funny actually, I loved that,” Trebunskaya said.

T.G.I. Over!: He may be the king of Vegas, but singing legend Wayne Newton was a bundle of nerves before his first Dancing performance. With his family (including wife Kathleen McCrone and daughter Lauren) looking on, Newton sweated through a respectable cha cha cha with partner Cheryl Burke, who told the judges Newton is her “best partner” yet. Still sweating well after the cameras stopped rolling, Newton expressed his relief after the show: “I’m feeling great, I’m just glad the first one’s over.”

Wardrobe Check!: That darn Spandex sure is slippery! The draft Karina Smirnoff felt during her number—that wasn’t from those explosive cha cha cha moves she performed with partner Floyd Mayeather, Jr.…or was it?

“My dress started to come off in the back, so I was freaking out that my crack might make an appearance,” she said. Though Mayweather didn’t notice, he made sure to examine the wardrobe malfunction after the show. “Let me see, turn around,” he joked. “I was once told sex sells. If there’s anybody who’s sexy that’s here, it’s Karina Smirnoff.”

We love Larry Birkhead. He seems like a great father.

But please tell us the following rumor isn’t true.

“The E! Network has approached Larry about a few reality shows, all of which involve Dannielynn,” a source close to Birkhead told Us Weekly in the magazine’s October 1 issue.

An E! source told the celebrity gossip source that the yet-to-be-titled project is “still in the early stages.” However, the insider close to Birkhead claims it will run the emotional gamut from “the very comical to the very sincere.”

“He wants people to see how hands-on he is,” the source said.

Last night? It was “Testosterone Tuesday” as host Tom Bergeon dubbed the evening. All six men had a chance to shine.

But here’s sad news for fans of the show: there’s been another Bachelor breakup. In Touch is reporting Charlie O’Connell and Sarah Brice have broken up after two years together.

“We split a few months ago - it was a clean breakup, nothing out of control,” Sarah said. “I definitely thought I’d spend the rest of my life with him - I think we both did - but there were some things between us that we couldn’t resolve.”

Like, you know, the fact that they met on a reality TV show.

Sarah says she’s still “best friends” with the Charlie and added: “We still love each other a lot.”

That’s sweet.

Meet Brad Womack. The entrepreneur and identical twin who owns four bars with his brothers in his hometown of Austin is 34 years old. He is also hot.

Brad Womack says he’s “an everyday, hardworking guy who’s looking for his soul mate.” Let’s see if he finds it on the 11th season premiere of The Bachelor.

It was ladies night to kick off the fifth season of Dancing with the Stars.

So while viewers will need to wait until this evening to watch men such as Mark Cuban and Cameron Mathison in action, Sabrina Bryan helped make the opening episode a night to remember.

She and Dancing with the Stars newcomer Mark Ballas impressed judges and viewers. So did the oldest contestant in the show’s history, Jane Seymour.
