Is Holly Madison Pregnant?
Yes, folks, the celebrity gossip mill is in full swing on this one.
Simply based on a photo - seen here - of Hugh Hefner patting the belly of his main girlfriend, Holly Madison, rumors are swirling that she's carrying his child.
A bit presumptive? We think so. But a source told Star Magazine: "Holly's just dying to get pregnant and marry Hef so he can be all hers."
Such a development would certainly upset the other Girls Next Door - and we doubt it's actually the case. But we'll report more on these rumblings as they come in.

I really think that she genuinely cares for Hef "Puffin" ....and I believe the people that are negative are just cynical and are probably unhappy in their own lives! I love you Holly =0)

i really think that holly loves hef. i hope she is pregnant with his child. she is so sweet and i think she would make a great mom. i hope kendra and bridget get kicked out so its just holly and heff. i wish the best of luck to both of them, they are adorable together!

I love the girls next door! If it is in fact true Congrats. As for some of the other comments made by bloggers, Hugh Heffner does not seem to be an idiot to me. Yeah he may have a zillion dollars but thats because he worked his ass off to make that money, and that IS attractive. They could live under his money without all that and be very comfortable. I hope Heff does give Holly a baby and marry her. She is my favorite because she is so classy and genuine. I think she truly loves Heff and she deserves to be made into an honest woman.

I think Holly truly cares for him as well, more so than the other girls. Despite the fact that they benefit A LOT from this relationship, the girls also give up quite a bit of freedom (ex: curfews). Moreover, simply put, i just don't think anyone can act as naive and happy as the girls seem to be.

I love an older man very much and he doesnt have lots of money. He is just a very classy, sweet, romantic, mature guy. Thats what I love about him. Just because a girl is younger and a man is older doesnt mean they dont really love each other. We have 35 years between us and were on our 5th year and still going strong. I would never want to be with someone else. He is the one that makes me truly happy, and he knows exactly what he wants and I love that in a man. You people saying all this negative junk probably have not had REAL TRUE LOVE. I feel very sorry for you all. So instead of writing insulting crap about people who dont even really care how you feel, why dont you go find yourselves an older man that loves you no matter what!

I think Holly is the best thing for Hugh, she does have a jealousy streak in her which for any dedicated and in love woman would have. Good luck to her and i am sure that she would get the support of Kendra and Briget. So Holly go make an honest man out of Hugh and enjoy your family and the mansion. I cant wait.

I think hef rocks!! he deserves all the happiness he has. kendra is a rockstar love her!!! bridget is the sweetest thing but don't really care for holly. the only thing she can do is stand there and look pretty!! she's not good at anything not athletic at all. so yeah! all she is is a pretty face. i'm so cynical!! don't stick up for people who don't give a s*** about you!!!!!!!!

Hey!! Hef's NO idiot!! Yse he may be 81 yrs. old, but that says to me, he's seen a con or two in his day! What about all of the years there was NO GND??? Holly never got to capitalize on any of that, now did she, but she remained loyal, none the less? I know she loves him, and he knows that too. Why the argument? Of course she wants his child, she loves him, The very same reason my hubbie and I created a child, it's what you do when you're in love! More power to ya Girl!!
